Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. From that first Villa Pizza that opened in 1964, next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, to nearly 300 Villa Italian Kitchen restaurants later, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

1/23/20. Was shopping at South point Mall and got hungry. Anyway stopped by Villa and got a couple of slices. The food was hot and fresh and the guy who was working at the time(11something) and the cashier were very friendly. Great food great service . Will definitely visit again

Ordered catering for a work event from them & my order came 50 minutes eary with drinks and utensils missing. Contacted the manager about getting the rest of the order and she said she would look into it and call me back. Never called back or answered the phone the next few times I called, and never delivered the missing items.

Got spaghetti,and they warmed it in the microwave and it was still cold. They lady at the register was being rude to another customer and walked away by the time it was my turn to pay.The cook was nice but not wearing gloves while making pizzas.

I’d give negative stars if I could. Staff was rude and made a smart remark while I was ordering. Spaghetti noodles were way over done. And my bowl was filled to the brim with water. The sauce was gross. Never going back

After finding not just on hair but two in the Stromboli and being treated like it was my fault even though I’m completely bald. Safe to say neither me or anybody I know because they will def. Be informed of this nasty ass place, will ever eat here again.

Staff was ok but not very responsive, pizza was decent (for a food court), and pasta was a bit overdone. Served french fries without ketchup or other condiments. In fact, they suggested I ask one of their neighbors for ketchup, etc.

it’s typical mall italian/pizza – not gourmet food, but somewhere above DiGornio’s. portions are huge, pretty decent deals. staff was super friendly and helpful (filled my daughter’s water cup for me).

Tried to use catering service through this restaurant. Multiple items were missing and no serving utensils were provided. The delivery company reached out to the manager Jasmine and she told them to “F off” and then ignored other attempts at communication.
