Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Needed a quick lunch and found this place at the mall. The staff member helped me by giving me suggestions of what would pair well together.

I ordered ziti pasta and slice of pizza and both were undercooked, paid 13 dollars for both and it was really disgusting and on top of that they didn’t refund my amount

The food looked appetizing but it is not. DO NOT ORDER FEOM HERE. I did the lunch combo with an entree of mac n cheese, and it tastes like noodles with butter, absolutely disgusting. And a side of baked ziti. It was alright, but un flavorful, reminds me of cafeteria lunch. And the worst part, I paid $15 for this disgusting food. Very over priced and unflavored.

My salad was terrible!!!! Brown ICEBERG lettuce, tomatoes tasted funny, Brown CUCUMBERS and warm Caesar dressing! This was delivered through my Company’s food service in which I’m also going to write a review for. This type of service should not be tied to any corporation! Unacceptable! Shame on you all.

Giving a 1 start since there isn’t a negative rating on here. Ordered $400 lunch for a meeting to be delivered at 11:45 am. Received a call at 11:42 that they are not able to deliver but food is ready if I can pick up. Super busy in meetings but no choice so I drive to pick up ask to have it outside ready so I can just pull up and grab it since it’s already late. Waiting for it, call and am told it’s not ready yet. I have now been sitting waiting for a solid 40 minutes and still no sign of my order. The so called manager won’t even give an eta on when I will get it. Worst customer service ever.

I attended Villa Italian Kitchen with some coworkers for the 8th Annual Have a Slice Day to receive a no strings attached free slice of Neapolitan Cheese Pizza. I was one of the first recipients of a piece from a newly minted hot and fresh pie. From there, my initial hesitations about eating a free piece of pizza from a food court were put to rest. The ingredients tasted fresh and the serving size was ample. The cheese was right in the middle of the liquid cheese – stringy cheese spectrum. Needless to say I will be in attendance on October 17, 2018 for the 9th Annual Have a Slice Day. See you there!
