Don’t eat here. Spaghetti sauce was watered down, and had no flavor. She plated the food and then put it into the microwave to heat!! I’ve learned over the years that hot food should stay hot and cold food should stay cold or else you can get food poisoning. Plus the lady couldn’t speak English!! I mean come on!

The lady didn’t speak English. No bid deal, I’m Spanish, but others in line were having a hard time. I used to love their pizza. I won’t be ordering here anymore. I only ordered one slice of cheese pizza. It was cold and I had to ask to heat it up. Not tasty like it used to be. Very disappointed.

The pizza was very dry and tasted kind of burnt. I do not recommend this place I have had way better pizza. There wasn’t anyone in the line, I should have taken that as a sign to not get it.

Lady that took my order didn’t speak English and had to go to the back to get someone else to explain things to her. Then she put cheese on top of my food without putting on a glove or using a tool. Also the sauce is more oil than tomato. Was not worth it. I’ll never fo there again.

Food here is really good !! I got a slice of supreme pizza, it was massive !! The staff is extremely friendly and the food is hot and fresh!! They have a wide variety of stuff to choose from, pizza, pasta, salads etc. if your in the Altamonte mall and craving Italian check this place out!!

I work in the mall and they no longer give The mall staff discount. register person ringing Items wrong , me and my coworker got the same thing the one week and got charged two different prices. Another time I was there on my hour lunch and I’m waiting for them to take my order the young kid who’s taking orders is just standing in front of the oven and talking to a his coworker, & checking his phone. I use to love this place, New owners i believe. I know i will be ordered from out the mall going forward. Good luck.

Will never order from this place. Salad was lettuce & crutons with about a 1/4oz of dressing. 2 people ordered Chicken Parm. It was okay but there was no cheese. No parm, no mozzerella. Jyst breaded chicken with an acidic sauce.

I usually don’t write bad reviews for burnt food and i ignore it mistakes happen. But we went there and we ordered a big pizza and it was all burnt from the bottom so i told him tha it was burnt and to be careful for future reference and he said that it came out from the oven that way!!! Ok it’s jot the first time we eat pizza. And despite the fact that two people refilled their drinks infront of me i went to tell him add ice because it was hot and he tossed away and after that said that i have to pay for another drink!! What a horrible customer service.

The one I visited was located in the Turkey Lake Travel Plaza. They serve Italian Specialties. One of my favorites is a double pepperoni pizza. The service her is superb. Your server is very attentive to your every need. I highly recommend you to spend your nite out for dinner here.

Don’t get me wrong the food was great .But before i walked to the table i noticed the sign at the register said if they don’t give you a reciept then your meal is free .I didn’t get my receipt so i asked the Hispanic woman kinda short with brown hair( didnt have a name tag) if they honor the sign she said yeah and noticed she didnt give me my reciept .She tried to hand it to me saying heres yours .i told her i dont want it now .And she started being rude about me taking my reciept .Not that serious i was just asking a question .She didnt have to be nasty about it
