Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. 16 dollars for a slice of pizza and a drink. Definitely not worth it. Pizza was cold and stale. Horrible customer service as well, they give you inaccurate prices while ordering then increase at pay. I do not recommend eating here at all.

If I could give these folks 10 stars, I would! Not only is their food delicious, but they care about their customers. Last night, I was accidentally given the wrong to-go slice… and guess what they did??? They delivered my slice to me at work within 15 minutes of the mistake!!!! They went out of their way because they knew I was headed to work a long, overnight shift & they truly felt bad about mixing up the slices. With that one gesture, they gained a customer for life in me. I hope anyone reading this gives them a try and supports their business.

If I could do 0stars I would. I stood there just to be ignored by the guy cleaning and spraying chemicals over the food. Someone walks up next to me and he is asked what he’d like to order. I said I’ve been standing here waiting. He continued to ignore me so I walked off. Besides I like my pizza without cleaning chemicals

The only person wearing gloves was cashier. The pizza was uncooked. The spaghetti was hard . The only thing that tastes good here is the soft drinks. This is nothing like the Villa kitchen at Rio grande outlet. Half the pizza was uncooked. This was half the pizza smooshed. I got it pizza smoothed. Didn’t go to complain in person because everyone there runs around like chicken with no head and they only had 3 customers. Place is so dirty. Health department needs to be called on them.

Two of the workers were incorrectly wearing their masks. One worker was using the mask as a beard cover while the other had it above his mouth only. For working so closely with and serving food, this is completely unacceptable. This is not the first time I’ve seen one main worker wear his mask below his nose and mouth. I like the food, but COVID-19 is not something that should be taken lightly, particularly when respiratory droplets are spread so easily. This is such a disappointment for me because I otherwise really enjoy the food from the Villa at La Plaza Mall.
