I ordered this via Grubhub around 11 pm last night. I wasn’t expecting much as not many places were open. It was delivered to my room and to my surprise was hot and plentiful. It was a generous portion that fed two of us with some leftover. The bread was probably the freshest bread I’d ever gotten delivered ever. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the chicken surpassed any expectations. I’ll actually be visiting this place todau as well, I was pleasantly surprised and can’t wait for dinner tonight!

Been going here for decades this place is the bomb! The atmosphere hasn’t changed either! Love the Jukebox! The pizza is the best and so is the calamari! But the pizza is just hands down my favorite place in all of chicago.

Tasty pizza! It was late night and I was in the mood for some local pizza. I stumbled upon this place and saw that the reviews were good, so naturally I wanted to see how their pizza taste. I ordered a plain cheese pizza and the cashier lady was sweet and kind. I went home and tried the pizza and it is definitely one of the better pizza places in my area. I will definitely order from this restaurant soon!

I really wanted to love this pizza, The price is perfect and portions was decent. my only problem are while the pan crust tasted delicious its thickness outweighed the toppings, and I was very sad to see canned mushrooms on a pizza. Its just not right. Decent meal overall and Id try the thin next time…hold the slugs (canned mushrooms).

Food tastes more or less average, the establishment is old inside and not at all cozy for sit down and eat. Pasta sauce is like from a jar Prego or something. Pizza taste good but needs less oil. Staff is very friendly though. I would get rid of the casino slots, paint the interior change the table and chairs add some fake plants and make it better for sit down it would boost business even more.

Terrible online service. Over an hour late. The driver had a bad attitude, wanted to punch him in the face, and delivered pizza sideways. Pizza was crushed on one side, no common sense. Recommendation do a pickup order.

Those with low reviews and trashing down on this place are special cases with senseless taste buds and weak stomachs it’s not the food it’s just you . They truly do not know what good food is… Villa Napoli is an amazing restaurant with good quality food, for it to be a local restaurant it really holds up! I’ve been going to Villa for a while now and I usually get a large sausage and half cheese pizza while my wife has had their salads. They’re very consistent every single time with no flaws. I personally have never had an issue with Villa Napoli I’ve tried their salads… AMAZING. Their cheese pizza and pepperoni taste so good and what makes it amazing is their sauce on the pizza! I’m just so disgusted on how these low life people want to ruin an establishment with their low reviews… like it’s just you as an individual if you want to claim Giordanos is better I’m laughing out loud, I personally think Giordanos is mid and overhyped and I’m a foodie!!! I’ve tried so many restaurants and I give Villa Napoli a 4.8/5! Great local restaurant with amazing staff that work so hard to please their customers. I give you guys respect!

Got the steak sandwich special. Steak was big and good but bland, bread was fresh, comes with lettuce, onion, tomato. Don’t know why you would put lettuce on a hot sandwich it just wilts,onion tomato ok, needs more seasoning on steak. WORST fries EVER soggy greasy, just threw them in garbage.

The food we ordered was substandard. The Penne pasta was extremely salty, not sure how you make meat sauce salty but they did. Orders a pizza burger for my little guy. The menu described it as pizza dough for bread and the cheese pep etc as the contents. Never mentioned a beef burger patty, actually says Instead of a patty. It was served in like a pretzel bun my son wouldn’t even touch it (he’s not a picky eater) so half of what we orders went into the garbage. 0 stars. Never again. Extremely rude customer service when we called to offer our experience. Never again ladies and gents. Disappointed…
