The owner of this business is a complete jerk. I had another business dealing with him and have never dealt with a more pompous person. I had a friend eat here and said he found used needles in the bathroom. Wouldn’t bring my family into this establishment.

Update: we went here for Mother’s day this year hoping the new ownership had caused some good improvements. There was only one or two other tables occupied when we came in. We got our drinks and placed our simple orders quickly. After that, we waited for 55 minutes without a single visit from the waitress and no food! I left 10 bucks on the table for the drinks and left. Absolutely unacceptable.

Experienced my first dine in at the village diner. It was very apparent that all but one staff were all extremely intoxicated. The wait staff except for a younger female was so intoxicated as to be nonverbal and barely able to walk. Our order came out in 2 different batches almost a half hour in between servings. The poor kid who was sober and who initially served us obviously had to deal with cooks who were incompetent and probably wasted themselves. My family had already eaten by the time I received my food. I really felt for the poor child who had to endure the mess and humiliation this tumultuous mess caused her and she deserves all the respect her employer can give her. The rest could use some rehab.
