I am impressed. We ate here for the first time today and the person that sat us was such a lovely man. He was polite and made sure that we got a nice clean table. The service was a little slow but they were really busy and everyone was doing their best.

Wow, not the old Village Inn anymore..the menu is fresh and updated. The California skillet was delicious and large. Looking forward to trying the Grownup Grilled Cheese. Got a piece of Strawberry Rhubarb pie and Peanut Butter Cup pie to go.

What a pleasant surprise to find this place! I am totally sold on the breakfast menu based on that delicious “Smothered Breakfast Burrito.” They got that so right I’m going to vouch for the rest of the breakfast menu! Admittedly, it was more of a brunch burrito and I was extra hungry ; truth be known, that burrito is suitable for two meals, shared or otherwise.

First time visit, but definitely NOT the last! They’re currently repaving their parking lot, so don’t be deterred to visit because there’s plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant.

I thought this place was pretty cool! The food was good and the owner was very nice! We were looking for something to eat when this place that we drove by for years caught our eye! From the owner we learned that him and his wife has owned the place for 41 years! Definitely worth the support and thank you for the great service!

We used to frequent Village Inn in Va Beach so when we found out it was one in Federal Way we went immediately. This location is just like home. Clean, quiet and busy all at the same time. Lucky us we got ahead of the crowd. We went on a Weds so it was free slice of pie day!! Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Table/booth was clean. Silverware and cups were clean. Food came out fast and piping hot. This is one of the few places that we know of that has grits. Buttermilk pancakes, veggie scramble for me. got the multi grain pancakes, grits, fresh fruit and shredded potatoes. It was all delicious and left us super full. We had to take our pie to go! I think mon & tues kids eat free and weds is free pie day. I love this place especially since it’s just like home! I recommend Village inn for breakfast. Try it out you won’t be disappointed!

Waffle was cold, forgot my pancakes, hashbrowns had a weird taste. We couldn’t finish the food it was terrible and to top it off our server had an attitude like she didn’t want to wait on us. I will not go back there. I think if we would have had the guy server it would have been better.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way from Seattle to Oregon and were able to get a seat immediately at 9am on a Sunday. There were several other diners but it wasn’t crowded and some of the tables were obviously regulars, always a good sign! I had the Smothered Breakfast Burrito with carnitas and it was large and full of flavor. They claim to have the best pies in America so I tested that with a slice of pumpkin pie. I can’t confirm that they are the best in America, but definitely the best I’ve had in Washington! The service was fast and friendly and the coffee was good.

Discovered this place today while driving by and figured we’d stop in since we love the one in Albuquerque. Definitely glad we did! Nice old time diner atmosphere, great service, yummy food, and didn’t feel rushed at all. Going back again for the cordon blue crepes for sure!

Swung by here after arriving at SeaTac for a quick breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Had the biscuits and gravy which was one of the best I’ve had anywhere.
