I enjoy going to Village Inn Pizza and I’ve been to several different restaurant locations and I’ve been going since the Early 1970’s. I love the salad bar and the pizza buffet bar. This is one of the smaller locations but the food is delicious and fresh. The restaurant was clean so was the bathroom. The staff wasn’t the friendliest but that’s ok the food made up for it. I will be back again.

For $35 for two people there was hardly any food. In the area with the lids, there was only sauce and noodles. Everything else empty. They kept saying they were cooking wings, but they never came. No the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Great salad bar. This was my first and I’m almost sure my last. Maybe Bethlehem can do better.

They refuse to serve people with a service dog. They refused us service.I have a service dog and that is against federal law. See you in court !!!! I went next door, they loved my service dog and I got a fantastic meatball and pepperoni sub sandwich. I recommend Subway instead.

We came in round 30 minutes before closing & Brandon was so kind, smiling, patient with us. Changed out the Cheerwine for me, made a fresh pepperoni pizza, & even came over to our table to ask if we were alright/needed anything else. Need to make sure you keep him! He has gone above & beyond. He definitely deserves a raise!

One of the most terrible experiences, took my family their to eat one day and I was using my debit card and they kept saying my card was declined and I showed them I had money in my account, so we leave for another restaurant and by the time i get to another restaurant they charge my card anyway for 4 people who would ate a buffet, so I called and they acted like they didn’t know what was going on and their is never a manager their and for Black people eating their they automatically assume that your not going to leave a tip. I will not ever step back in the place and I’m going to tell everyone that I know to not to eat their.

You want to eat at a place with good vibrations and treatment? Go to this Villiage Inn where Brandon and his crew know good old hospitality. If he can do it when you are not coming to eat yet. He’ll do it when you come eat here. He made my day he cares about his customer service. Come by and get good food and good vibrations.

The only reason this is 1 star is because I have to in order to post. Ordered a pepperoni pizza from online, asked for the pizza to be handed to me and it was left outside on the ground, in the rain at the door to my work. Called Village Inn on Springs Road and they said it wasn’t their problem I needed to call DoorDash. I ordered this pizza on YOUR website, YOU NEED TO CALL DOORDASH!!!! I open the box and the pizza is CHESSE!! I will NEVER spend another penny at Village Inn on Springs Rd in Hickory.

Went in to pick up online order. Female at the counter was rude, acting like customers were a bother to her. People walking by looking in and she verbally said “keep on walking”. Then when they opened the door, she said “oh great, here we go again”. On a positive note, the pizza was delicious.
