not what I expected in a good way. The portions and quality of the food was big & tasty! The ham nice long think slice. Good tasty hot gravy. I’m picky about my eggs & too runny for over medium but that’s on me. Waitress was nice & attentive for being the only one. Didn’t wait to long & the omelets had to be taken home the biscuit & gravy combo with O’Brians is a good portion for the price

My Sister had the Taco Salad. She was flabbergasted by the Quality and the Quantity. So much so that she raved about it to us and to the Waitress. They make the Taco Shell / Salad Bowl there. She said it was the best she has ever had. Mom had the BLT. She said it was good. I had the Prawn Basket and it was also good. We were supposed to share a side order of Onion Rings but no one else had a chance to get to them.

I have visited the restaurant and bar on a number of occasions throughout the year and since I’m a repeat customer at the hotel next door, we get to enjoy and taste each new menu they come out with which is always as amazing as the last. The bar has entertainment on different nights of the week such as karaoke, shooting pool and listening to music and hanging out with friends with opportunities to make new friends every time I’m there. The bartenders and waitresses always have a smile on their face and great attitudes making the experience that much more enjoyable.

We have lived here 3 years and have never been here. Decided to take my mom here to eat because she just flew in from Michigan. We ordered our food and drinks, the waitress brought all of us our drinks and forgot to give my mom her tea packet with her hot water. My mom was confused and went up to ask for a lemonade instead and this waitress (I didn’t catch her name) gave my mom such a bad attitude and was very unprofessional. Slammed the cup and was annoyed that she had to do this, we will never be back to this place. How dare this lady treat people that way. If you don’t like your job or doing the job your paid for. Maybe it’s time to get a different job. She also forgot our dipping sauces and half the stuff that was supposed to be on our sandwiches was not on there. When we would ask for water she was not happy about it at all. Definitely needs new employees that will make people feel welcomed instead of being scared of asking for something.

Horrible, weak coffee (light brown hot water), gravy was tasty but lukewarm and I had 1 biscuit and the other “biscuit” was actually a pancake. The omelette wasn’t cooked all the way through and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. Our waitress took so long and ended up only taking half of our group’s orders then didn’t return. I’ve never had such terrible service. Actually it wasn’t service. It was nonexistent and I can’t believe I was expected to pay for it.

The food is always awesome. The servers are hit and miss. There is a couple that treat everyone as equals no matter how large the group, but there is one that will go above and beyond for bigger groups because “bigger tip”. This sucks for those of us who choose to eat alone. I will still eat here because the cook rocks and some of the staff are excellent. Just something I noticed.
