No one to complain to. They made my over phone order on time but couldn’t get Door Dash to pick up and deliver although my link in text said it was on its way when it wasn’t and the delivery time kept changing. I called in and they were waiting on Door Dash. After an hour of waiting it was delivered. Over cooked from the long wait under heat I’m sure, and just barely warm. I’ve loved taking my family in for years, but I’ll never try and have it delivered again:/

Love this small town joint, it has been our couple times a month pizza spot for 10+ years. They have the perfect tangy sauce, fresh mozzarella/toppings. I order it for anyone that’s visiting from out of town and it’s universally loved. Support these good, local peeps.

When we first moved here, we loved that village pizza was so close to home and so quick (especially compared to other pizza places nearby). We love the pizza and love love the cheesy breadsticks. The staff had always been kind and orders have always been correct, but the past 3 the times we have ordered here, the order has not been ready by the time projected on the website. It seems like they just wait for us to get to the window to pick up and then make our order, making us wait an extra 15 minutes at the location. I would be fine if the order takes longer to make and the website reflects that, I just want it to be ready when I get there is all – when I have a screaming toddler in the car, I can’t wait around 15 minutes for you guys to make my pizza.

We are new in Eagle Mtn and called to ask 1) do you have gluten free, and 2) can you deliver at 5:30 pm? It was 4:27 when we called. They said yes to both. Total bill for a 16 inch “butcher” and a 9 Inch GF pep was $47.23 which included delivery and tax. We added $10 tip anticipating that all would be well. At 5:35 pm we received a text saying our order would arrive at 6:07pm. I called to complain and they said they were really busy. You promised, and We were counting on you delivering as promised. I tipped based on getting good service. Suddenly we got a text at 5:38 saying it had been delivered. No nock, not door bell, so we opened the door and there it was on the ground outside our door. Pretty lousy service and not deserving of a tip of 10 bucks. The pizza was warm, not hot. The “butcher” was okay, but nothing special, and the GF pep tasted like it was on cardboard. My point? If you can’t do what you are asked to do just say so. We were disappointed all the way around. We wanted to try a new place, and now we know not to go back. I called to complain and asked what they could do about it and was told I would get a 50% refund. No sign of that on my CC account, but the full charge is showing.

Village Pizza is a tiny little store. But don’t let that fool you. The people here have the biggest hearts of any pizza place around, and the biggest deals on the most filling pizza. The small size will feed a grown man for a day. The medium size can feed a whole family of grown men. And the large size stands up to the pizzeria’s name. You could feed an entire village with that pizza. And better yet, 101% of every pizza you get here is delicious, so there’s no way you will leave unsatisfied. If the plethora of topping choices and styles doesn’t suit you, they always have the classic cheese or pepperoni. But I would experiment a bit. It’s all gonna be tasty anyways, so why not?

Alright imma keep it a buck with you, as a former employee of this place I will say the pizza is kinda mid. it is fine if the pizza is hot and fresh, but once gone cold the pizza will turn into a brick. The ingredients are freshly made almost every morning, and will usually cook pretty well, the morning employees are very lovely to speak and work with and they will treat costumers really well. overall i have to give it a three out of five rating just because lol, and Kayla i know you are reading this so hi :>

I had this pizza years ago, and remember that I was not impressed when I ate it. So, I had a friend who suggested to try this place, again. I was not disappointed. The pizza is well balanced in full flavor profile. Not ine ingredient overpowers another. Also, the cheese bread is one of the best I have tried. I am glad that this visit proved my past experience wrong. A thumbs up for those in the area and want a good solid pizza.

The service is fantastic!! Didn’t have to wait long and I can’t express enough how awesome the pizza and salad was!! I’m not normally a crust person when in comes to pizza but the they nailed it the flavor is still there plus the most important part I think is that it’s still soft when you get to the end of the pizza slice. I will definitely be going back a lot!!
