Walked in and asked waitress if we should seat ourself, she said yes. We waited and waited. We went up to the bar and asked if we could place an order, the waitress said ok and walked away. We waited and waited and nothing! We got up and walked out!! What happened to customer service??

I just wanna put this on here so the employees know what sort of person they’re working with. Mariah Kibler isn’t as kind as you think she is. I mentioned my late grandfather who passed of cancer and her only response was to laugh and overall disrespect his death over a stupid Facebook comment she didn’t agree with. I commend whoever owns this place reconsider having this vile human being as an employee.

This is one of our Friday night spots. Mariah is “our” bartender. Always friendly, always fast, and makes sure we are well taken care of. The rest of the servers are pleasant as well. Ps the Philly is the best in town!

Terrible service food was only okay. They were out of vodka, truly, some appetizers as well. Waited near 15 min to receive a bill. Waitress was more concerned about being at the bar than managing her tables.

Pizza was very good us usual. But our waitress, think her name was Morgan was terrible. Took our order. Gave us our food and drinks and never once came back to see how things were or if we wanted another drink. She just stood next to the desk and was on her phone. When she finally did come back she just laid the bill down. We don’t do it very often when we go out, but left without leaving a tip.

Pizza was awesome as usual..the staffing could use some work…our waitress was also the barmaid…she was so busy…when we tried to flag her down a couple…three times she was perceived to us as rude and dismissive..my friend who joined us while it was busy waited a good 20 min. for a drink. One more waitress or any staff member would have come in handy…even to bus tables…cudos for the best pizza around though.
