Used to go here all the time but away and came back here obviously new ownership and it is horrible. They don’t even know what a Greek salad is anymore or what chicken kebabs are good luck. won’t be back. In addition, the prices are insane for what they give today and the quality is a less than one store. They don’t know what they’re doing.

I came here for the first time a year ago and have since made the drive from Boston multiple times. When I have friends visit now they request this place. I don’t know what kind of magic dust they put in these — but I will always need more Village Beef sandwich in my life.

Used to go to this place all the time, they switched owners and just had the worst experience as a customer! I ordered two grilled chickens salads for dinner around 6pm ending up finding a hair in one of the chicken orders, but mind you I didn’t realize there was hair in my food til later that night like around 9-10 as I I went to eat seconds. So now that place is closed because it’s late so I have to wait til the next day to tell them. I call them and tell them I found a hair in my food can I get a refund, they said yeah but I can’t do it over the phone you would have to come in. (Which is weird) but Okay thats fine I go over there(the next city over) and the cook confronts me pulls the actual hair out off the chicken and tells me it’s not a hair when it clearly is a hair…. Also says this isn’t their salad pretty much denying and saying this wasn’t there food lol horrible experience to only receive half my order refunded in CASH because they couldn’t find out how to refund back on my card… never going back sad to say but confronting a valued customer who has proof is wild to me smh

I received my order of sausage&pepper sub and found the sausage almost impossible to chew, it was cooked to a char. Too bad,because the help is very nice. Just need a tutorial on grilling. Not worth the $ 13 total with iced tea. I’m very sad that this place has failed.wont go back.

You fell off . Food was disgusting I ordered an italian sub, scallops plate, lg fries and lg chicken fingers and steak tip salad. My sub was so soggy it was glued to the paper plate it was wrapped in; My sub was soggy and burned at the same time, the pickles didn’t taste like pickles they tasted more like kerosene. Fries were tasteless and soggy. The scallops plate the fries were cold. This place used to be so good. So sad we won’t be ordering again we spent over 70 dollars and most the food went into the trash.

I always try to patronage the local establishments. I often go here for a roast beef or a chicken finger sub. The have never disappointed me. Tonight was very good as it is typically, but was impressed with the kindness and friendliness of the staff. They were kind, chatted me up and were very nice. Even the gentlemen in the back cooking piped up. I can’t emphasis it enough. Kindness and consistency is always a winner. Thanks for doing it again tonight.

New owners!!!! They no longer take gift cards that you have. Would of been nice to know this. They have either gone to a different beef or don’t know how to cook this one anymore get it together. They need to update the pricing on the website. Like a three ring circus just to get a meal
