I ordered pizza from VIM when I was 20 minutes away, the lady who took the order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, I left my car running outside with friends inside. I paid $65 for the three pizzas I had ordered and was told it would be a few more minutes. That turned into a long wait….finally after at least 15 minutes of standing at the counter and seeing several other orders completed, I asked when mine would be ready and was told “4 more minutes.” When it was finally done, I saw my final pizza removed from the oven and realized it was the same one I saw being put in the oven after I arrived. There was no apology or explanation; so as I took my pizza’s I calmly said, “I would appreciate it if you would have put my pizza in before I arrived.” The cook responded, “If you don’t have patience to wait, next time call somewhere else.” I was so stunned at his attitude that I couldn’t respond. Then, he added as he went back to work, “You can see I’m not sitting down, I’m busy!” The pizza was fine…but I won’t waste my time to return again.

DO NOT ORDER HERE… I gave them a chance even after seeing some of the reviews and I regret it. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and I received a mess of a pizza (picture below). When I call back they tell me it’s my fault and how I drove it home. After finally convincing the lady to replace it on a later date I tried to get the replacement a few weeks later and I made sure to check the pizza before I left and I asked for extra buffalo sauce on it and the cook proceeds to put KETCHUP all over the whole pizza… Then proceeds to tell me I’m “shit outta luck” so as I’m leaving the girl in the front tells me he’s going to make me another one after I waited nearly 35 minutes for a pickup…. All in all the customer service there is trash and I can see why fewer and fewer people go here. There’s plenty of other better pizza places around please for you own benefit go to one of those.

Their pizza is amazing. The only reason i give them 4 stars is because they take longer than they tell you the wait time is. Example i called the other day, she told me that in 45 min it would be ready. To me that made sense since you know they are probably helping costumers and making my order. That 45 min turned in 2 hrs. The pizza was amazing and the delivery was great just the wait time is no accurate. I wish they would be more realistic with the time they give their costumers.

I ordered a super cheesesteak, and when i got home, it was just a regular cheesesteak, called them and complained politely, and they wanted me to drive 20 min back, give them the old one, then they’ll make me a new one. I asked for refund, and the owner said “no, i will not refund you” very impolitely. Terrible customer service and terrible attitude when i was being nice and calm.
