Food is always cooked to perfection. Good customer service. An update yesterday I ordered some food. I was told that it would take a half hour fine. I’ll wait, but it took close to an hour . When I got home, pizza was cold. I ordered from the kids’ menu. Chicken fingers and French fries I got chicken nuggets instead, and the fries were cold also. I’m very disappointed it with this last time ordering food from Vincenzos.

This place is incredible. Already been here twice this week. The wings are some of the best we’ve ever had. The margarita pizza with vodka sauce was outstanding. Staff inside and delivery drivers are extremely friendly and courteous. Definitely the best pizza I’ve had on Long Island… or anywhere else for that matter. Can’t wait to try more on the menu! Thank you Vincenzo’s!

An hour and 40 minutes after ordering for delivery, still nothing. I called about status and they blamed the rain. (The rain had stopped a good while ago) I asked for a refund because we were going out and now wouldn’t have time to eat (if it would have showed up before we left). They gave me the manager to do the refund. Well this clown just couldn’t help but try to dominate the convo instead of just refunding me and being done with it. A wanna be alpha that doesnt onow when to shut up and retreat.

I called Vincenzo’s on Wantagh Avenue in Levittown to order a pie this morning. The person who answered the phone was nice as always. I ordered one of their April Special $12.99 pies for delivery, and was politely told that due to increasing gas prices and not wanting to burden the customer with any extra fee’s they have put a $20 minimum on deliveries, ($1 of which goes to help their drivers with gas prices rising). We got a large pie 9 garlic knots and a 2lt soda all for just $20!! Vincenzo’s has better prices and food than anywhere else. I definitely recommend going to Vincenzo’s on Wantagh Avenue in Levittown!!
