Almost Every week we order from vinces, and it is a 50/50 chance of getting hot food. We look forward to fridays for our “pizza night” . We ordered at 620 pm, got our Freezing cold food at 720pm , soggy rolls, cold fries. We now have to re heat our food and wait another 20 Mins. It is a waste of $65.00. It’s ashame because it used to be great. I hate putting in bad reviews but the service is terrible anymore. They get away with delivering old cold food every time and I’m over it.

The food was OK but overpriced. Our house salad was skimpy and when my wife asked for more cucumbers and tomatoes, she was charged an extra $1 for each! I’ve heard the food was great here once, but apparently things have changed. Sad.

Ordered the arugula salad and the lettuce was rotten. I should have sent it back, but didn’t because I probably would have gotten more rotten lettuce. The kitchen should be under more scrutiny for serving something like this to a customer.

Went for a funeral luncheon, food was Excellent!!!! We had a buffet with a great assortment of food. Everything was over the top delicious! Service was ok, some people needed drink refills and had to wait a bit. Other than that this was a wonderful dining experience.

First time visit. Nice atmosphere, very nice staff. Veal Parmesan, enough for 2 or 3 people. Meatball parmesan hot sub was DELICIOUS. PRICES VERY REASONABLE. Found our spot here. Highly recommended.

Vince’s has changed over the years, and I’m not sure of what to make of it, it’s gone through some transitions of personnel, and menu items. But, I think it’s the change of atmosphere, it use to be a weekly spot for dinner, now it seems we go once a month if that. Somewhere along the line it’s lost it’s personality.

Ordered a chefs salad there was so much water in the salad that the dressing didn’t stick to the lettuce and all the lettuce was yellow and bitter. Wouldn’t recommend a salad here.

My family has been eating at Vince for YEARS! I grew up in Newtown and we would come here all the time when I was a kid. My grandfather loved coming here. We love the family run restaurant with friendly servers and great pizza and pasta! Penne a la Vodka is my favorite. I used to eat a cheese steak a week here and the servers would know to bring the squeeze ketchup 🙂 Pizza is delicious as is everything else. We love coming here and will be back.
