My mother came from out of town, and we decided to stop here for lunch. We ordered the supreme pizza. It was very tasty. The crust flavor and texture was good, and it was loaded with a generous amount of toppings and cheese. Everything was fresh and we had a nice lunch.

Our visit this week was awful all the way around!! Mid-afternoon, only our party of 3 and 2 other tables. The server desperately needs training and mentoring!! We sat and listened to him chat up quite loudly two ladies beside us about his family difficulties, work history and his name and presence on “the dark web”, before asking them their names. Meanwhile we had our onion rings slammed down and slide across the table by kitchen staff. We had no utensils or napkins and waited over 5 minutes listening to this guy before I got up and went and got our own. Going to attempt to Attach pictures of the “well drained spaghetti” and “Works” pizza we ordered. [Spaghetti not just swimming but drowning in water, pizza swimming in water as well with very few ingredients). The pizza was dropped off with so much water settled on top (Yes, water not grease) I got up and got bunches of extra napkins to absorb most if it from the pizza so we could attempt to eat it. The crust was so tough it was difficult to cut much less to be able to bite into it.

So, I have been getting pizza here for a couple of years and the pizza is sometimes great and sometimes just okay. Inconsistent in cook and quantity of toppings. My biggest gripe is the take out order service. EVERY TIME I call in an order you would think I am asking them to come cut my grass and clean my gutters. Seriously, you can tell that the younger staff either hates their job really bad or they simply don’t want to work. They have the same attitude when you pick your food up. If you are going to work in a restaurant, put on your happy face and I bet people would tip for even take out orders. Orrrrrr, go work at a prison where you will fit in.

They have signs out front that say open till eleven. If you’re lucky enough that they haven’t taken the phone off the hook and you get to order your food don’t do it after ten cause if your order is wrong and you bought it to watch the playoffs on a Saturday night they’re not gonna take care of you. You can come in tomorrow and they’ll fix you up. It’s only ten thirty right now and they won’t fix my order. I’ve dealt with their under cooked fries and frozen wholesale run of the mill food for years cause they’re all king William has other than a twin across the street. I’ll drive to

I have been coming to Vinny’s for 20 years but tonight will certainly be my last time spending money at this establishment. I pulled into the parking lot and could see that the place was practically empty. Maybe 1 or two tables of customers. I called in to order so I could get some shopping done at a neighboring store and a young lady answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. I watched in disbelief as she placed the phone down and sat down and began playing on her cell phone. At that time, I should have taken my business elsewhere but I decided to go inside to place my order. As I walked in, the same young lady got up from her phone and took my order. I was given a wait time of 25 minutes. No big deal. That’s relatively standard even though it was for two subs. I went and did my shopping and returned after 30 minutes. I was told that my order still wasn’t ready. I patiently sat down and waited another 10 minutes before the first adult I saw all night asked me what I had ordered. She walked right over to the shelf and grabbed it. It had been sitting there the whole time. I didn’t say anything, I just left. I was so infuriated and the woman who handed me my food was not at fault and causing a scene wouldn’t have solved anything. The food was Luke warm at best and definitely not worth the lackadaisical service and a forty minute wait. Times are so financially tough right now. It truly hurt to support a business who made me feel as if my business didn’t matter. I truly hope that this review can help Vinny’s pay attention to how their staff treats and interacts with paying customers because you can’t retain business this way.
