We love Vinnies Pizza. Delicious pizza every time. We usually get delivery to our door but I recently took my daughters there for lunch and I must say they have done a fabulous job reconstructing the restaurant. It’s really elegant and such a relaxing atmosphere. The young lady who served us was friendly, well mannered and served us in a timely manner and made us feel welcome. The food is delicious. Will definitely keep us as your customers.

I asked about the “side of vegetables”, as I have allergies I have to ask before I order. The girl on the phone says it’s “just a mixed vegetable medley” I asked specifically about what vegetables, no mushrooms, and it was plain vegetables, indicating no sauce. What I got is a squash medley with carrots in such a heavy garlic butter sauce it saturated the bag it was delivered in, I just paid $9 for a side of vegetables I can’t eat because they don’t properly describe the contents of dishes. I wanted a plain mixed vegetable medley, I would eat the squash if it wasn’t drowned in this sauce. Such a waste.

The interior is beautiful, we were very surprised that it was empty at dinner time. After trying the food for the first time, we understand why. The garlic bread had little to no garlic basically buttered bread with cheese. Pizza was ok, not that good to make us return. We wouldn’t return, there are tons of other places that are better and maybe less expensive as well.

Great Pizza spot in Torrington CT. It’s move didn’t effect the quality one bit. Have been let down by service once but overall it’s great there. Very clean location and the did a fantastic job on the remodel of the building they moved too.

Very underrated burger from an Italian place!!!! Fantastic restaurant and dining room! Staff very friendly and attentive to our needs. Also the decor in the dining room looks awesome. Gives you a great feeling and ambiance while dining. The portions were really amazing and worth the price. There is a reason this is one of Torrington’s best restaurants!!!

What a gem of a restaurant. We stumbled across this place on a rainy Labor Day. This place gave us first class service and top notch Italian cuisine. I’ve never been so full. They were super accommodating with adding spice to our dishes. Would definitely visit again!

So disappointed. Just spent almost $100 on lunch. Waited almost an hour for our food. The Lobster Ravioli was cold and hard, the layered chicken was barely Luke warm and the fries were cold and soggy. One salad was missing cucumber and the other salad had the wrong dressing. Vinny’s used to be our favorite restaurant but the prices have continued to increase while the food quality has declined. Our family needs to find a new favorite.
