I have been a customer since I was a young child. Very nice family owned restaurant. The brother is so nice, my brother and I ordered her so much he delivered our food! Over 10-15 years, I’ve noticed that when you order much time in advance, you’re waiting much longer than normal. I ordered my food 45 minutes ahead via phone, and arrived I was still waiting for them to prepare it. It has been a consistent thing, so I’ve recently decided to find another restaurant.

My girlfriend found a hair in her Shrimp Lo Mein…The woman that must be cooking didnt have on no hair net. Not eating there ever again. I know I wont get my money back, so I wont waste my time with a phone call. Calling my credit card company about this. Never pay with cash at food places especially like this so if you have a problem, you can work it out with your cc company.

Very clean restaurant. Best Chinese food In town. I’ve been going to Vinsen for 12 years and I won’t eat from any other Chinese restaurant. Food is always steaming hot, always a fresh bite, veggies and fried foods are always crispy and fresh. Best of all they have outstanding customer service.
