Lovely cafe in a complex with a large variety of consignment shops. The cafe is decorated with a Victorian vibe. The menu is like that of its predecessor, The Rose Garden, what was a favorite of local ladies and gents for years in Endicott. Great food. Great tea and desserts. Great service!

Service was absolutely lovely and well composed. It’s a cozy little seat yourself area with a great selection of teacups. Focused menu and great taste, we personally tried the veggie sandwich (in which the carrots were amazing) along with the chicken salad special! Would recommend for a small outting with friends or loved ones.

Food was great as ALWAYS. Unfortunately they were under staffed so it took for ever. And we never even got our water. We all have bad days and we’re just lucky we were not on a schedule. It won’t stop us from going back!
