We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and blueberry Pancakes. Server was friendly and cheerful. Sandwiches were good nothing over the top. Blueberry Pancakes were loaded with lots of big Blueberrys. However the cakes were not fluffy more dense than it should be. It was more like eating a slice of cake.

I thought I would try someplace new for breakfast.I ordered two eggs over medium scrapple and home fries well done the eggs came back over easy and runny scrapple and potatoes were not well done nothing was prepared as I ordered even though I seen on the Receipt that my server ordered everything correctly, so the cook isn’t paying attention also I was charged $2.00 for 2 cups of coffee. I can’t even remember the last time I got charged extra for coffee at a diner also the prices are higher than menu posted on-line so my advice try somewhere else there’s plenty of other places around.

The food is f….. amazing. The smashburger is great The sandwiches are great The specials are great, the eggs,, bacon, rye toast and hash browns great, the pancakes are thick and fluffy the specials are amazing and the prices are perfect. We try to go weekly usually. And the staff is Awesome. Everyone is like family, everyone is in sync and the food is always consistent. No soggy fries here. Lunch or breakfast, it’s all great!

My first time trying this gem spot out and it was pure magic in my mouth. Not only was it beyond delicious but beautifully presented as well inside the takeout container!!! The prices were sweet, I fed my whole house for fifty bucks and no one had any complaints we all loved everything it was totally mind blowing and I can’t wait to actually sit in and eat for next time. Beautiful beautiful!!!! This will for sure be our new to go spot!!

Violetwood Cafe is absolutely a fantastic diner. The owners and staff are very friendly. They have a great selection and what I like most is the portions are very generous and not at all high priced. I definitely recommend stopping by whether you just want a cup of coffee or a delicious meal if you live locally or are just passing through.
