If you are a vegetarian or vegan make sure they don’t put chicken in your veggie sandwich. The chicken was an added cost that we didn’t add, but it was put into both sandwiches, anyway.

Its been a little under a year since I’ve last visited this place. The manager was overwhelmed it seemed. He was the only person working. I kinda felt bad for him to be honest, not sure who owns the place but they could’ve done a better job of getting him some help. Because of that experience I have not been back till today! He must of gotten some help because service was back to what I was use to over the past few years.

I absolutely love this place. I usually have a bowl, but I have tried the smoothies as well. I find the bowls to be better. They always taste fresh and are filling. Customer service is good too. If there is a line, it can move pretty slow and it takes a while to get your order, but I’d say it’s worth it.

A year ago I was at 5 stars easy. Since then, I’m not sure what has gone on behind the scenes, but I’ve got to drop to 3 – maybe 2.5 stars.

Are used to love eating at this place. However, the last 4 to 5 times that I have came here they did not get my order right. Usually thats not a “big deal”. However, I have a severe gluten allergy. This last time it almost sent me to the ER. They messed up and put their granola which is not gluten-free on my açai bowl. If you have any type of allergies, don’t even bother telling them because they still won’t get your order right. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has any life-threatening allergy. Also, they do have gluten-free granola, but for some reason it doesn’t come to their mind to put that on your bowl instead of the one that could severely hurt you.

I love Vitality and spend a lot via DoorDash. For the 2nd time in a month, our bowls were not even 3/4 full and they are expensive. I also didnt get my granola which I paid for. I specifically said on the order to fill to the top, like they have done in past, and to send receipt as well so I could get points. They did neither. I guess I’ll help other local businesses. What a racket.

I just had a Vitality Wrap here for dinner and as I was eating it I felt the most strongly compelled I have ever felt to write a review immediately. This place is off-the-charts amazing. The combinations of ingredients they chose for the Vitality Wrap is a match made in heaven. I literally can’t believe they chose such a wonderful combination. I love how the ingredients are so fresh tasting. The wraps take about 10 minutes to make but that’s because I am sure they are literally putting together and cooking everything fresh, the wait time is so worth it. I want to eat here every day, the food is so good. I love having a healthful, veggie-filled lunch or dinner option. Thank you Vitality Bowls!

The Avocado Toast was so hard it could not be cut with the utensils provided, It was far more like a bread shaped avocado crouton that you couldn’t bite into without injury to your mouth. The grains in the chicken bowl were undercooked to the point of being inedible. I would have returned both at the time we got them, but we had to wait for what we got. 7.95 for a single piece of toast and 13.95 for a bowl of inedible grains, too many pickled onions, and a half of a tiny chicken breast, ugh. never going back, my only interest here is to raise a warning to others.
