Would not recommend! Rating a 1 as I can’t do a 0. The chicken was hardly warm. The salad was slimy and unfresh. When we were ordering at lunchtime most the food wasn’t available and no juice options as the juicer was out of order.

New addition: This place needs to close and be given to a better establishment!!!! It’s ridiculous!!! Ordered some delivery for breakfast panini and 30 minutes later driver texts me they don’t have avocado!!! In the morning, which is basically an ingredient in almost every meal. It’s like a pub not having beer. I guess i’m skipping on breakfast now cause 40 mins later it wasn’t picked up.

First time at a Vitality bowl and was pleasantly surprised. I had the chimichurri bowl and my daughter had a tropical bowl. The grain bowl was alot and pretty filling. The chimichurri sauce/dressing was milder than I expected but still good.

this place has gone down since 6 months ago (see prior review) my orders always get messed up and everything is watered down or not filled all the way. i had a severe stomach ache after consuming a smoothie from here and will not be returning. i will be taking my business elsewhere.

The 2 people working today Sunday 5/1 have the worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 bowls online pre paid for and came to pick them up 30 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be ready. When I got here the girl told me that they “didn’t have” one of the bowls so they decided to not make my entire order. They claimed they called me, which they never did. I asked what number they had for me and the girl said “I don’t know” and claimed the guy working with her called me. Don’t know how they “didn’t have” a bowl but I asked for a different type. They made me wait for over 20 minutes to make my bowls that should’ve at that point been ready an hour before. When they were finally ready the guy was really rude when he gave me my order. Really frustrating experience and awful customer service all together. Really hope they get new employees.

Asked if the granola is vegan and the person taking our order replied, “I’m unsure let me check” comes back in 30 seconds with an answer. Yes, the granola is vegan. Very polite and inquired about our day and offered recommendations to favorite items. They also have a restroom for customers! Matcha madness smoothie is real good along with the açaí bowls.
