Staff was not educated on their menu at all, I asked a few questions about their juices and the employee said he had never tried any of the food nor had any information to share about it. Just kind of disappointing because I needed some information. Bowls and juices ended up being very delicious.

Not worth the price. My açaí bowl was good but my boyfriend got the beach bowl and it wasn’t even blended. It was a chunky snow cone and the texture was like ice. Didn’t taste like anything. He got the beach bowl and was very disappointed. It’s at the top of the menu too…

I came here for the first time last Saturday.l searching for healthier options than what’s offered at the food court. Previously, I had attempted to get here, but there was always a huge line. The staff was really helpful, especially answering questions for myself and others in line. I ordered the “warrior” bowl and enjoyed it. Very light and refreshing meal.

Food is made fresh & tastes good. Delicious & healthy. Location is too small for the traffic this location sees. It was very very busy & the space didn’t have room for the line of customers. The cashier kept having to go back into the back to help the kitchen staff make orders, further backing up the line. The staff worked hard & were great but they were simply understaffed for the busy lunch hour.

The menu says that the beef is grass fed, but it did not say the chicken was. The employee reluctantly said the chicken was also grass fed and came from the same place when I asked. My suggestion is that you clearly advertise that the chicken is grass fed (if it is) since most people who buy your food are doing it because they value quality ingredients without antibiotics and hormones. That’s your target market, so communicating clearly is not only smart marketing, but will reduce questions some of your employees don’t know how to answer.

You order at the counter and they bring it to you inside or outside at the tables with umbrellas. The food was very good. I recommend for a relatively quick and healthy meal. They were out of their kombucha, but it was late in the day.

Terrible customer service, I waited 15+ minutes after a DoorDash order was supposed to be picked up in an EMPTY store. They had a girl sitting outside and when I came into the store she followed behind me to JUST THEN check the door dash order and start it as I arrived. They had no one watching the front counter and 2 people came and walked out of the store. No one came to check on me during the 20 minute wait. 0/5 terrible customer service.
