Awful… Ordered and was told 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and a half later we received a freezing cold pizza. Paid $30 for a medium pizza with mushrooms, peppers, and onions. There were barely any toppings. Tipped the driver and then he handed me the cold box out of the warming pouch so it had to have been in there for an hour. Super disappointed… We each ate a slice and we’re disgusted. I tried calling back and was put on hold for 5 mins. I hung up and tried again to be told that my call could not go through…

Vito’s pizza used to be a great family franchise. I’ve eaten at many. For some reason this location undercooks the hell out of their pies. Forgets called In orders. Opens late (multiple instances). For the high prices they charge they should make a better pie, I know the other locations still put out a quality product.

Ordered pizza was told it would be 1 1/2 hours for delivery which I said I was fine with. But, when it arrived it was definitely made 1 1/2 hours ago. If I had known their issue was not making the pizza but delivering it hot and fresh I would have definately chose something else. Avoid this place unless you really like room temperature to cold pizza.

Do not get this location confused with the one north on federal hwy. This place is constantly garbage. I just left there with 1 of my 2 pizzas I ordered online because they forgot to make the 2nd one. My 18inch “thin and crispy” pizza was actually only 15in…. Straight garbage…soft and mushy like a wet shoe.

I feel Like the last year they went down in quality. The dough tastes like a dry cracker. Maybe they switch dough for late night service but it’s just not there anymore. Used to go frequently not anymore. 3 strikes.

Nice guy makes the pizza and serves you. It looked better than it tasted, but maybe I just got to much pizza for one person? (I didn’t want to come out of my hotel for a full day & night.). People do not wear masks in Florida & person sat at table outside, smoking, so it was very unwelcoming to stay to eat.

I loved it. Food was good and delivery was at the hotel in 25 minutes. When they told us it would be 45 minutes. The Philly cheese steak hot sub. Off the chain….. The Italian sub. Awesome…. And the sauce they had to put on the Italian sub was omg. High five Vito’s I’ll be back for more next time
