Called in for updated menu prices and was told to look online, which I did and the prices were off by $4.00 or more. Then when I stated I looked online told him the difference in prices he asked when did I look, I stated before calling he told me I was CRAZY it was 2023. Well needless to say Vito’s lost a big pizza order from me. I will never again support this business. They are rude and ignorant.

I don’t care what your food tastes like at this point. The wait and customer service was horrible! My expensive pick-up order was done while I was the ONLY one in the restaurant. I stood and waited as my order got cold and soggy. The owner was discussing something with someone on the phone. After 10 minutes, I asked to please pay so I could take my food home. He acted as if I was interrupting his phone call and actually made the comment “sorry, there’s someone here talking.” If I hadn’t been so hungry at this point I would have left him to his cold food and left. Tip of advice, take care of the customer who ALREADY placed an order. My family and I will never return.

I’m from Long Island, NY and when I first moved to Columbia County, PA I tried to find a pizzeria that reminded of the NY pizza I grew up with. Finally found it after 8 years at Vito’s. Amazing pizza and service. Prices are affordable. No complaints and would highly recommend.

Great service, very friendly staff. Excellent pizza. Stopped in on our way home from Knobles, had six very hungry kids. It was 20 minutes before their closing time, they did not rush us at all, told us to take our time, no hurry. Pizza came out quick, kids loved it.

People are so rude. I ordered 8 pizzas from here to feed my bridal party and when I walked in and said I was picking up my pizza’s the man making them rudely responded “i said 25 minutes! we make real pizza here” Can’t believe they would treat a customer like that. no wonder the place was empty.
