Bad experience I ordered a supreme pizza and hardly had anything on it called to let them know and owner son said I was capping about my pizza don’t know what that means but was very rude in professional and disrespectful. I live all the way in Wayne dale and drove there for this pizza because it has always been good until now . Younger generation needs to learn manners and be more respectful towards customers and people in general . Will never go back again .

I’ve placed a few delivery orders before and so far my experience hasnt been bad at all. Delivery does take A WHILE from the time you place your order, like on average about an hour, so I would definitely know what you want and recommend ordering ahead and being patient about time, but the food is definitely bomb and satisfied the hunger, at least from what I’ve ordered, especially their onion rings, pizza and rib tips, which they dont smother in sauce, and I like that. Never once got cold food but I live maybe under 10 minutes from them so that could be part of the reason why? But that’s just a guess. Anyway, good food and I hope they never stop their late night hours too!

My fiancé and I ordered pizza after a long day an hour ahead of time. Not only did they take our order in a slow inattentive way but they didn’t have our order ready for another 20 minutes DURING WHICH we saw an employee carry A BONG from the bathroom. Now I know why this place is a run down low reviewed joint. Hah, “joint”. If I could give no stars, I would, and I haven’t even tried the pizza. Show some professionalism.

Ordered a large ham and cheese and a small Italian beef. According to the menu, the cost was 7.99 and 5.99. Either way, the cost for the food was less than $20 even if they raised prices. I was charged $31 for the delivery charge and food. When the driver got here, he said he had no change for my 40 bucks…if the food wasn’t for my mom, I would’ve made them take their raggedy sandwiches back. Vito’s is all bad

I called in & placed an order. I had to wait an hour for it to come. & once my order was delivered i was missing 3 items from my order. I then called & told the man how i was missing the items. he proceeds & tell me that “he guesses” he will send them back out. & then says he will check the cameras as if i am lying. after 30 minutes of waiting for my items to come back. i called to see what the hold up was & nobody is picking up the phone.

Terrible Customer Service. Paid $50 for a small pizza and a medium size pizza. Ordered desserts as well.. Did not receive desserts. Asked for change and driver said that change was in his vehicle. Offered to bring desserts back and never returned. Called and asked to speak to a Manager.. He was extremely rude. Would not recommend. 0/10.. Save the headache & money. Good ole Midwest. Not worth it..

I’m in town visiting for work. I called this place and ordered a pizza on Monday night. I get the pizza and it isn’t cut, along with the center of the pizza was not even connected to the rest of the pizza!!! I called and spoke to a manager named Amanda, who told me that I could get a replacement pizza made and brought to me again on Thursday when I came back for work purposes. Ever since 2:30pm today I’ve gotten the run around about getting my replacement pizza and I’m told that it’s company policy to not give any full credits like that for a pizza. I will NEVER EVER order from your place and I hope that nobody else does!!!

Riley does an amazing job in the kitchen however I think she doesn’t get the credit that she deserves. Dealing with her father’s ego has to be a lot on her self-esteem. But all in all it was okay working there. He demanded a lot for a little bit of pay but the insults I could not bare to work there any longer.
