Had never had any issues until today. Ordered a coupon deal for a small specialty or 5 topping pizza. Went through and selected my 5 preferred toppings and light cheese along with a cheesy bread that came with the deal. For some reason the receipt reads a small classic pizza with just cheese in place of the pizza I selected. And I got what the receipt says. I order from here every once in a while and have never had an issue before. I order the same pizza every time and this is the first time there’s ever been an issue. I’m positive it is entirely and automated mistake. I will continue ordering from here, but will probably call in my order in the future.

My wife and I decided to give Vitos another shot with some of the positive reviews that we had seen on facebook locally. We were hesitant with the previous health department reports and other issues. So on 7/31 we decided since we both would be back together finally at home to have dinner and order a few pizzas. The first issue was when she went into the store to pick up the pizza the younger gentleman working seemed extremely irritated that anyone was there and that he had to work. He must have hit the wrong key in the computer or something and had to input the order in again. It was not a very inviting feeling at all. I still said have a good day and was just told ” yeah yeah”. So we went home to eat. Within 10 minutes, my wife started vomiting, I was up all night with severe indigestion and we both had severe digestive issues the following day. This was the only meal that we had shared in over a week. I travel for work and she had just got back in town from vacation. I left a message with the store and filled out a contact form online with them and have still not heard anything back from them. It is very concerning to me that they would not be worried about an issue with food that they are serving. I can honestly say that this will be the last time that I will ever order from this location again.

Me and the wife ordered off of door dash and was delivered to the loves in Perrysburg so for you otr drivers I recommend this place pizza was good not to grease all the flavors blended together to create an amazing bite each and every time will definitely be recording from here again next time I’m here

Ordered a week ago and I’ve never been so sick in my life. My boyfriend and I got the worst food poisoning ever from this location. The pizza tasted ok but the next morning everything went bad. Tasty but consume at your own risk.

The last two times I’ve ordered from here for delivery the food was almost an hour late. The second time the manager promised to have a free pizza on file for my address but when I try to use it they “Don’t have a record of a free pizza coupon”. Never ordering from here again.
