My son and I were in North Las Vegas for a sports tournament and tried this place for dinner, even though we were both hungry for steaks. The menu has a great steak selection, and we totally loved what we ordered. I had the Cilantro ribeye, which was covered in a green sauce, which was delicious, but didn’t overpower the high quality cut of meat.

My favorite restaurant in the area! It’s feels and tastes authentic, service is great, the restaurant is clean, and so easy to get in and out of the center (light on Pecos and next to a gas station). Minutes from the warehouses nearby and a perfect lunch option. Quick and easy to sit down, get served, eat, and go! Also, about a block from the I-15. Chips and salsa come with a bean dip, Pepsi was always full, and I had the Chicken Chipotle meal (no cheese). I loved the light spice and rich sauce the chicken was cooked in. Easy to cut and enjoy and plenty for leftovers.

What an amazing place! They have great pictures on the wall and the lobby was super cute. Service was fast and the staff was amazing! They have a fully stocked bar, you can sit at the bar or a table. The food came out hot and was super yummy. Sorry no pictures we were to excited to eat the food! I can’t say enough good things about this place.

While at a truck stop with my hubby we stopped near by and I walked because I was craving Flan , their flan was delicious and the waitress were also very kind and had a warm welcoming; the only thing I really dislike and I don’t like writing these things about places because I know the hard work they put into it , is the way I guess the manager approached me telling me to call ahead next time because these things had to prepare NOT KOWING I am a complete tourist literally stopping by. It was extremely rude.

I was overly satisfied with my experience at Viva Zapata’s!!! The margaritas were absolutely PERFECTION!!! The chips, salsa and bean dip were addicting. Honestly I was so full off of the margaritas and bean dip that I didn’t have space to eat my steak until the next day but it was delicious too . This place will surely be revisited by me. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, the drinks… You all are doing an AMAZING job!!! Thank you so much!

Had a very lovely family lunch here, and the decor is amazing, I loved how they took the name and made that their theme, I appreciated the music, the chips, and salsa, and the customer service, and they were really on top of it. To the female bartender there you held it down. The food was amazing I had the Chile Verde that came with beans, rice, and a little cup of soup as an appetizer. My food was great but missed a touch of salt that was it the rest of the food on my plate was great, I enjoyed the handmade Maiz tortillas, I thought I was in Mexico because it’s not known for Mexican restaurants to have handmade tortillas and this was a nice touch. Overall had a great experience here I must try more food on the menu because everything on there sounds delicious and I MUST try everything!

Cute locally owned restaurant with great food and even better service. The staff here is so attentive and sweet, they really top off the experience. We had the shrimp fajitas and garlic lemon chicken as well as a couple margaritas. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. Highly recommend checking this spot out if you are in the area. Definitely one of the best restaurants around.
