Me and the Bestie finally had the opportunity to try Vivir and it did not disappoint! Everything that we ordered was delicious and amazing! I was looking for something with more flavorful options and this hit the spot! We had the Salsa Flight and Fried Avocado (I will definitely be getting that Fried Avocado again) and then we each had the 3 taco platter with sides. Elote was so good and each flavorful taco was absolutely delicious! Loved loved loved the shrimp taco!! Jocelyn was our waitress and she made us the best margarita flights, presentation was on point for the drinks!! She was very kind and made sure we had our water refilled and enough chips…great service!!! Atmosphere is colorful and fun, very clean! I can’t wait to go back!

Exceptional atmosphere, food okay, neat menu and a cocktail book with interesting facts about the building. There is even a hidden book in the wall they invite you to find and write in. Food was okay; chicken was dry. “The Findlay” taco was pretty good though. Margherita flight was yummy. Only one server on a Friday night. She did well considering, but felt bad it was all on her. Drinks and entrees sat out for a while.

It was our first time & it was delicious! We started with the salsa and chip flight, it was delicious. My parents got the bowls they said they were very good. I got two street tacos (steak) on corn tortillas and YUM!! My kids are the pickiest eaters they picked. Our service was great our waitress was amazing she gave me the kindest note ever! As a single mom it was/is SOOO nice for a stranger to say such nice words. We will definitely be returning I still have the taste of the tacos in my mouth they were so good. The drink was a Horchata it was the best I’ve had.

The food and atmosphere of Vivir is nothing short of fantastic. I visited here when it first opened and admittedly, I was not impressed. The food was bland and the diversity in flavor was lacking.

The food, drinks, and service was amazing!! Vivir is as close to authentic Mexican as it comes in Findlay. You won’t find better tacos and stronger margaritas anywhere else. Jocelyn did amazing as our server and we will definitely be returning!

The honest review from a Mexican food fanatic. Pros: 1) It’s a nice atmosphere and 2) the presentation of the food is attractive with some items. Cons: 1) None of my items tasted very good or felt remotely “modern” or even Mexican for the matter, 2) the corn for the elote was over cooked, mushy, and drowning in chili powder, 3) all the proteins we tried were over cooked (either dried out or mushy from being in a slow cooker too long), lacking flavor, and too salty, 4) the beans tasted like they came right out of can with zero flavor & 5) the raw onions were cut into large chunks for small items like tostadas and tacos. I have had some of the best and even worst Mexican food in the world, and regardless of the caliber, it is a rare occasion that I opt to not eat most of my expensive meal, which was the case at Vivir. I couldn’t finish my meal at all due to poor quality and taste. My guess is people come for the fun drinks and atmosphere. If you are looking for good Mexican food in Findlay, head over to Cancún.

Great aesthetic! We went this time for apps and drinks. Wide variety on the drink menu. The service was great! We were told the menu was limited currently as they train new staff. The drinks were great so we were happy!

Loved it! The place was bright and clean, and the layout was appealing. Our server was very friendly and on the ball and oh my gosh, the food! We tried four different tacos, three different appetizers, 4 different cocktails and then churros for dessert and everything was deelish! If I had to give one critique I’d say the chips were a bit too salty for my taste. Other than that, everything was great! Vivir did not dissapoint and we’ll definitely be back!
