When we moved to Cornelius from Hillsboro we were disappointed that we were moving further from our go-to pho place, Vivi’s Noodle House. But then we found out Tanya opened a Bánh Mì sandwich shop (food cart). You cannot get pho there but almost all the items on their small menu are not available at their main restaurant. The sandwiches are amazing and their salad rolls taste just like the ones at their noodle house but you can now get them with pork, chicken, or beef instead of just the typical shrimp.

The only place to get Bahn Mi in the Forest Grove area, and it’s killer to boot! Flaky baguette, excellent seasoning with pickled carrots and daikons, cilantro, green onions. The whole nine yards. Also excellent Vietnamese iced coffee. I’d give them 5 stars all day long.

Pretty disappointed. Drove from out of town to get a sandwich. Online hours state open till 7 as does the sign on the window. Got there at 6:35 and it was closed and the employee was sitting in the car. As much as I enjoy there food I won’t waste my time going back.
