This place needs to have more stars! I was able to easily order online and schedule a pick up. The food was ready when I got there and it was nice and warm. This was my first time eating here and the pizza is delicious! I will definitely be coming back soon! If you haven’t tried it yet, give this place a chance, I’m happy I did!

My friends and I posted an order on DoorDash around 12:30am and have still not received our order. 2+ hours. I called to inquire whether or not a DoorDash order was picked up for the respected individual. I was then hung up on. Called back and was met with a “you dont call your girlfriend this much, we’re closed”. They were not closed. Called again and got updates on my order from a nicer rep. Awful service. Never order from here. These people are terrible when it comes to customer service. Not to mention, half of the order was ice cold.

More than a year into a pandemic, there’s staff walking around without any mask at all. As someone who works in food service, it’s pretty disgusting to see someone who appears to be in management have absolutely no regard for customer wellbeing. Can’t say I’m surprised, though- this particular location has had a reputation among students of being the kind of place you only order from when everything else is closed due to other cleanliness issues.

Excellent service at this awesome restaurant!! The manager Nikkie was awesome and treated us like gold! We were stranded in Pittsburgh due to a breakdown and found this little gem after finally getting a tow. We will be back on future trips to Pittsburgh! I can’t say how much I appreciate that!!
