Normally I love vocelli’s pizza but my experience today was horrible. First of all I spent 75 dollars and the customer service was terrible. When my husband called to order tue food the man was so rude. then we got the food and it was horrible. The steak subs were gross and the pizza was like cardboard. It didn’t taste good at all. I am extremely upset at this point and don’t even want to call to complain because they will offer to make the food again. Well I will never eat at this restaurant again. Don’t waste your time or money because you will be disappointed. Spend your money somewhere else.

Had the most amazing experience here tonight. We unfortunately had to put our dog down earlier this evening. Jeff and James there overheard us being upset. They were so kind! They asked about our pup, looked at a picture of her, and then comped our meal. The pizza was outstanding, but service was even better.

Absolutely with out a doubt the most worst experience ever. Being my Husband Birthday and we are to sick to go out for dinner decided to order steak hoagies from Vocellis in Scott Township 1 with peppers,onions, mozzarella cheese, lettuce and tomatoes no dressing. Next one peppers onions tomatoes mozzarella cheese lettuce jalapeno peppers, mushrooms and mayo. Well delivery out at supposedly 6:20 by 6:30 nothing by 6:40 nothing called the store was told we only have 1 driver guess you can’t fix Stupid. If I can take a picture I will.

I don’t order out too often, but when I do I always go to Vocelli’s Pizza for their pepperoni pizza rolls. They are delicious!! I’ve done the delivery option the last few times I’ve ordered and I have to say my order is here timely and still warm as though it just got done. The delivery people are always nice, too! Overall, I’ve had a great experience with the food, time management and customer service.

So I’ve tried them out a few times in the last few months so that I could be sure I was giving it a fair review. I would say that the only positive thing that I can say is that Jeremy is quite friendly and positive. However, portions have significantly declined since I used to regularly go there months prior to the change in ownership. I’ve twice ordered a stromboli, and both times the size was significantly smaller than it had been under previous ownership, and also pretty flat and underfilled. Whereas I used to barely be able to finish one as a meal, now I finish it and it seems more like it’s a snack than a meal. Once again, Jeremy seems like a great guy with his customers, however I don’t think that is enough for me to offset the underwhelming orders I’ve experienced as of late. I wish him and the business success, but I will not likely order again.
