Ordered a medium Meat Magnifico with normal levels of all meats (you can increase each for a bit more $). This is a good meat lovers pizza. It’s not a sit-down location and doesn’t try to be. It’s a pizza shop. I come in and place my order, wait ~15min (depends on pizza size), and take it home (or call in or order online and have it delivered). Personally, I like this place.

We’ve lived in the area for nearly 8 years and have never had a bad experience here. Pizza always arrives hot, the cheese is perfectly browned and the crust is both crispy and chewy. We have never found the pizza to be lacking in flavor and we order just cheese. LOVE the cheese garlic rolls, too!

I have been a long time customer at this location, but tonight i ordered two pizzas, it is pouring and when it was delivered my doorbell was not rang and no one knocked. I only realized it was delivered when i went to the door for something else, and found soggy pizza. I called the store and explained the situation and they agreed to send another and I should get it in 20 minutes. An hour passes… still nothing. I call again, explaining the situation again, and I am informed that the second order was delivered… at the wrong house. I was not notified of this. I had to call to find this out. Naturally I want my food with a full refund as well because I have been waiting patiently for 2 hours now, and any restaurant with decent customer service would provide that, but they refused to do both. “One or the other, but we have made the food 3 times already” as if them messing up is my fault. The delivery drivers at this location seem to struggle with basic instruction and the managers are completely unhelpful. Save your time and your money and stay away from this location.

They used to be excellent but I don’t know what happened. The pizza comes looking like the box has been shaken, and they messed up our orders three times. One of those times they delivered my good to a completely different street but the house had the same numbers. Another they messed up the order but hey whatever it was food so we still ate it and then this time they forget items. It wouldn’t be a big deal if they weren’t so expensive but if you charged $30 for a large pizza and two drinks, please double check the address and if you have the whole order.

I just ordered pizzas and hot subs from Vocelli and they were so delicious. You can tell that they use fresh ingredients. The quality is amazing for a reasonable price. I even got a great deal using their coupon for two large cheese pizzas. Also they put enough sauce & cheese and other toppings to enjoy the pizza. I highly recommend Vocelli’s and will be ordering from them again.

Really disappointed and it’s our first time trying this place after moving to the area recently. After ordering through the Slice app, I was given an estimated delivery time of 35mins from order. I waited, it never came, but delivery time kept changing. After an hour of waiting, I called and was told it was probably on the way. After waiting another 20mins, I called again, and spoke with the manager only to be told that they do contactless delivery and aren’t told to ring your doorbell, knock on your door, or do anything to alert you that the pizza has been dropped off at your front door step and has been sitting in the cold the whole time. No apology, no offer to right the wrong. We won’t order again.
