Great service under the current weather and driving conditions. The recipients of the pizza and salads were very happy. I’ve had pizza from this location and always been pleased. Great chocolate chip cookies are available, too.

Pizza was not ready after 45 minutes and nobody bothered to tell me it was made incorrectly and was having to be fixed until my second time asking how much longer until it would be ready. Not a single apology was given. This location has definitely lost my business and I’ll be looking for a new go-to pizza place in the area.

I was told 45 minutes for delivery. After an hour and a half, I called the restaurant and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I called back, now two hours later only to hear an employee tell me that the delay is not her fault and she had no idea when the pizza would be delivered because the food is still in there store. I ask for a manager and she hung up. I called back and requested a refund, she said it would take 5-7 days. I will be following up to make sure my card is credited and I will be meeting with the manager. I am a regular customer. Manager’s must teach their employees good customer service. I was willing to pick up my food. However, the employee was so nasty on the phone that I did not trust getting food from her.

The food is good. However, I arrived for my order with the time given the guy in charge, looking at my order tells me he hasnt even started it yet. I understand it’s busy I get that it’s the holidays but he could at least gotten my order right being an hour behind and looking RIGHT at my receipt. But no. I still got an entire pizza wrong. This location does NOT care about its service or customers. Do NOT order from this location. Micah, an employee there that identified himself as the manager, was very disrespectful and dishonest in addressing a complaint and honoring a refund—of which he said he could and would—for three pizzas delivered 1.5hrs late, cold and having a dirt nasty taste. Micah said he would give a refund for two of the three pizzas but did NOT. Three days later I informed Micah the refund for two pizzas were not refunded. Days after representing himself to me as a manager, Micah told me “I’m not a manager and you’re not getting a refund now I need to attend to ordering customers.” Micah then refused to provide the General Manager’s information and said “I’m not going to tell you but if you leave a name and number I might pass it on.” I left my contact information nevertheless. The employee, Micah, at this location does NOT understand customer service and integrity. If you want professional customer service, hot and tasty pizza do NOT order here.

My usual is a Hawaiian. My go to. When I got there, a very nice lady said that they offered a spicy habanero Hawaiian. It was a done deal. It’s the next morning now, and I just finished it. By far the best Hawaiian pizza I’ve ever had. I’ll be making that 40 minute trip there again next weekend!

This location is CLOSED, dont let Google fool you. They are never open during the day, even when they are, they screw up a simple pepperoni pizza and give you cheese on undercooked dough. So disappointed with this place, would leave zero stars of it were possible

Tonight is just one of the many times I have ordered from Vocelli Pizza in Glen Dale. They are by far the best in the area and they have phenomenal customer service. They remember my number when I call and because I always order the same menu items they already know what I want.
