I spent $42, the prices here are outrages. I literally left this place thinking, I should have just gone to Ledo’s. I got a small, 10 inch pizza for $20. I’ve never spent $20 on a small pizza. Not okay. The pizza wasn’t great, pepperoni’s were over cooked, dried, and burnt. The only thing I liked about this was that it had tomato sauce on top and it just gave it a better taste.

Great experience last night at Cloverly Vocelli’s. My kid decided at 9pm on a Monday that they needed cannoli for breakfast the next day. I knew I wasn’t going to battle rush hour the next morning tryna get to Little Italy in Bmore, so i scoured the internet looking for a place that was open late. Vocelli Pizza came up and had cannoli for just 3 bucks each so I head on over and arrived within minutes of them closing. The person who helped me was awesome, didn’t seem to care that I showed up at the last minute, was kind, considerate, and professional. They were also knowledgeable about the food, and got the door for me. 10/10 recommend, and the cannoli ain’t bad either! I forgot to ask their name but today when I called the restaurant I was told it was one of their managers, Joe. Thanks Joe! You made my kid’s week!

Just moved to the area and I am so glad we discovered this spot. Whats there to say, great tasting pizza that’s fresh AND consistent every time. The delivery driver is super fast and very friendly, the pizza arrives piping hot! Thanks for the great service!

Great pizza but wow their service is really sad. My last complaint was that the guy on the phone hung up on me and was rude. They gave me a credit so I ordered the same pizza again. “30 min delivery” has turned into an hour and 10 minutes and it’s still not here… probably best to just call papa John’s from now on

Ordered a 14 inch pizza. Received a 13 inch pizza. This is 14% less pizza than ordered/paid for, and given 8 slices in a pizza, and 8×14=112, this means the equivalent of more than a slice of pizza missing. In this time of inflated prices, particularly for food, this is not appreciated.

The person that took my order over the phone tonight was beyond helpful and kind. I was unsure as to whether or not I am in their jurisdiction and he went above and beyond to figure it out. The delivery driver was also very kind. So kind that I had to leave a review. I also received my order pretty quickly. Best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. Generally I like the food from Vocelli Pizza. But the latest delivery on March 11 from their Cloverly Store was unacceptable. The online order was at 6.19 PM. The order went out for delivery at 7.02 PM according to the email from the store. So far so good. The food arrived at our home 7.50 PM and was nearly cold. The whole dinner was spoiled and the money wasted. Unfortunately I gave a generous amount of tip upfront when paying with credit card. This was my last order for delivery from that store.
