I order from this location often, and it’s generally fantastic! Food is great, delivery is prompt and friendly. However, this evening I decided to try the Chicken tenders, and boy was I surprised that I only received 3 1/2 small tenders for the $11 price tag. Definitely won’t be ordering those again, but everything else was perfect!

I meant to order from Villa Bella which is also in the neighborhood but ordered from here by mistake. The crust is a little odd, reminds me of Dominos. This is definitely not a New York slice type of place. The pizza is a little thicker, it’s very close to Papa Johns.

I ordered Vochelli Pizza on Sunday April11th. Prior to delivery of my order. I watched the delivery driver go to the wrong house to deliver. Driver eventually realized his error and arrived minutes later. Upon delivery, I noticed that my order of cinnastix, had marinara souce instead of icing. Extremely disappointed such a mistake could happen. I did not eat the cinnastix from not having the icing container. It’s apparent that in the future, I will have to order pickup to ensure order is accurate.

1st- Very disappointed about the amount of toppings. I basically wanted a Hawaiian pizza w/o the bacon or extra cheese so I got a plain cheese and added ham and pineapple at $1.39 each. I mistakenly thought that since I was getting too less toppings for what was basically the same cost, there would be more of them. As you can see, I barely have one piece of pineapple per slice. 2nd- whoever cut the pizza had no idea what they were doing. The slices are all lopsided with one being almost 1/4 of the pizza and others being really small. 3rd- I also ordered a salad and the onions and tomatoes look like they’ve been accidentally frozen. The tomatoes are mushy and the onions are see-thru.

Asked them to substitute mushrooms for black olives. They thought substitute meant double. Asked if there was anything they could do, he offered new pizza and would take 20 minutes. Couldn’t wait and my other pizza would then be cold. Asked for a credit he said no and offered me a free menu to take home.

Wonderful location!! Very convenient, fast delivery and take out service is SUPER time-saver for my family and I. The customer service is always the best quality and the food is superb. Best! Pizza! In Northern Virginia area!! Seriously. Puts everyone to shame, because this is the best pizza place in the existence of pizza places. I don’t care who you are, I have been all over, coast to coast. Ordered over the phone 6 subs pretty straightforward no mushrooms on one due to allergies. Picked up our food the manager looked annoyed to have us there, told us to have a nice day and didn’t give us our change. Had to ask for change and he refused to make eye contact he just seemed to want us out of his restaurant. We went back and looked at the order at home, mushrooms on all of the steak and cheeses, no chicken subs even though it was on the receipt our order was all messed up. Now normally I wouldn’t get upset but we specifically requested certain subs due to allergies which is a big deal in my opinion. If you work with food you should really know better. We called the store and asked to speak with the manager who yelled at us and told us the order was right and that he checked it himself. I told him we would return and bring all sandwiches to prove the order was incorrect. When we got there he yelled again saying the order was right and he checked it himself. I encouraged him to look at the returned order to see for himself. I asked him to remake the order since it would be soggy by the time we got home and he handed me a piece of paper to rewrite the order. He begrudgingly made the order again and when he brought the sandwiches out he pointed to one saying the bread was broken before and it wasn’t his fault….not sure why he wouldn’t use another piece of bread but I wasn’t concerned about that just that the order was correct. We thanked him and left while he continued to yell out the door that he was right and we should have ordered better. Sad to say the man we were dealing with was the manager. No customer service skills, no people skills and frankly no skills whatsoever. Will not be returning and will make sure that everyone I work with in the Burke area steers clear. What a shame.

Best pizza in the area and the owners are extremely responsible. I worked here as well as half a dozen other pizza places and they have the highest standards for quality and most respect for employess and customers. I have seen them remake a pizza because it was supposed to be “clean cut” for muslim standards and it accidentally was cut with the unclean pizza wheel.

I really like their pizza BUT the online ordering system NEEDS improvement. This store delivers to my house but the online ordering system forces me to select the Lorton store which is twice as far away for delivery. So I am forced to call in my order after I have tried ordering online. You would think that after a year they would have corrected this by now. So I am forced to waste additional time waiting to speak with someone. When I do, I’m asked to hold, so therefore more time. Time used in relaying by phone my order. Time waiting for a manager because they don’t want to honor my online order discount codes. They give me some other discount which they act like they are bending over backwards for me but I end being charged over $10 more than if I had been able to order online. The manager doesn’t want to listen to me to correct the online ordering system. The store has lost pruduction time in making the product due to taking my call. Every other customer has a longer delivery time due to inefficiencies of the system. It may be a quality product, but this whole scenario that has to be repeated every time is drastically reducing the value. They are probably losing business to other competitors that care and make efforts to remedy. We are living in an ever increasing technology dependent world and many other customers don’t have the patience that I do.
