Wow. What an amazing pie. Ordered a supreme pizza and had delivered via door dash and I’ll tell ya, that was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. You can tell just absolutely fresh ingredients, perfectly made. That was an absolutely phenomenal pizza.

there’s a coupon book you can by for restaurants in the fredericksburg area. never had vocelli’s before so I wanted to try it! Unfortunately this place don’t honor the coupon. What’s the point of being in that book if you’re not gonna honor it?

I ordered a Pepperoni Stromboli on 4/18/21 at 9:43pm for pick-up. The girl who picked up reluctantly took my order because they closed in 17 minutes. I let her know I’d be there at 9:55 and thanked her profusely.

Their food is hot and delicious. Customer service is always good. Never had a problem with delivery. They always have my order correct. The mac and cheese pizza is to die for as well as their bacon cheese rolls. Their subs are huge so you get your money’s worth. You have to try this place. Chicken wings are also really good.

I ordered a pizza tonight and after 45 min from getting the delivery notice email I called to find out where my order was. I was told that they had someone call out and where behind and that the driver had 2 orders. So after another 30min of waiting I decided that the pizza wasn’t coming and I would head out to get dinner. So the driver shows up right after I left. My wife called and said they where finally there, I told he to tell the driver we didn’t want the pizza and wanted a refund. She said we would need to call the manager. My wife told her they should let customers know when you place an order that they are short handed and it would be over an hour to get your order. We could have decided to pick it up or order from someone else. The driver said the managers doesn’t want to lose the business. Well instead of losing my business for the night you lose it for ever! Not only was it late, it was cold and wasn’t made right. Horrible management and customer service.
