Called to place an order, some speed talker answered, I said hello and asked if this was vocellis since I didn’t know what they said. They hung up now the store won’t answer at all. Last time I ordered they forgot the marinara on a chicken parm sandwich.

The food is pretty good but I’m disappointed in how they handle their mistakes. I called to let them know they burnt my pizza that was requested as “lightly done” and there was no sauce on my pizza at all. It didn’t taste great and I had to throw away a good but of it. I was told there is nothing that can be done because I didn’t call yesterday instead of today. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to wait for my food to be remade and I got off work late. Vocelli’s closes at 9. I’m not asking for a free pizza but the fact that nothing can be done is upsetting. Especially cause I enjoy the pizza when it’s made correctly. I would include the picture I took but there is no option on here.

First off the restaurant is very clean and beautifully updated inside. Staff is polite! We had a mix up with our to go order but they quickly remedied the issue before we even noticed it. The new Nashville Hot cauliflower pizza was the best pizza I have had this side of the 50!! Please go eat here and try that new pizza

I ordered a pizza they forgot the sauce. I called and was very polite about it. The manager fought with me then gave me another pizza with barely any sauce. Told me I was lying and that she personally made my pizza. Fast forward a week I order a bbq chicken pizza. Guess what no freaking sauce. I guess they think it’s funny. What’s funny is when I throw a pizza in the manager face. Dont waste your time . The pizza maker is always right at this place. Real disgrace. Good food and but pizzas need more cheese… Update I went back to get a pizza and the employees were filthy that were making the food, never washed their hands and handled the money and we’re smoking outside and went right back to making food, these people looked like they haven’t had a bath in a while, and their clothes were just as bad.!!
