Ordered via Door Dash. Great dasher, but the vegan pizza came with almost nothing on it. A little bit of zucchini and a lot of fresh arugula and that was about it. Ridiculous for $18!!! The Big Stick is great but the vegan pizza is a joke!

Volare has a lot of potential, it really does. The atmosphere was great on a weekday night, everyone on staff was very friendly and the menu looked good with some “gluten friendly” and vegetarian options as well. I could see this being a great place for an intimate date on a weeknight or a fun experience on a game day, but, unfortunately, I found the food and drinks really underwhelming.
We started with a drink and the Crack Fries, without parmesan to keep them vegan. The fries were good, except they were very thinly sliced and about halfway down the basket, we were just left with hard pieces and crumbs.

I give this place zero stars because, we came in at 8pm on a Tuesday, and we were told that a 2 table wait would be 40 minutes. 2 hours later, at 10pm we went back to sit at the bar and order pizza. We were given a menu told that the kitchen was serving pizza only. For literally over 30 minutes the bartender did not help us, and when the bartender came back she told us the kitchen closed at 1030. We received no pizza after waiting 2 and a half hours on a Tuesday.

Last time I try this place! It has progressively gotten worse for service. I used to come here about once a week. I’ve stopped coming over time as the service just got worse and worse. The food started to get worse too. But, they have a great rooftop patio. So I thought, one more chance. I sat today for 30 minutes, and never had anyone stop by my table. Not once. I watched 2 bartenders and a possible waitstaff hanging out, talking, chillin behind the bar. They even looked up and saw my table, and just kept doing their thing. So, now I’ll never be back. I’ll also be sure to let everyone know about the service. Unable to review the food or drinks, as none were offered.
