The ambiance was beautiful. The music was a vibe. All I saw was smiling faces. Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious and came out in a timely fashion. On the weekends, gratuity is automatically added to your check, regardless of party size. I would definitely visit again.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress was awesome and the environment was was so chill and relaxed and everything was so clean. We drove 1 1/2 hours from Knoxville and it was worth it. We will be back in September

Absolutely the best crab legs meal I’ve ever had. The garlic butter sauce was perfection. Drinks were perfect. All for a great price too! So sad we were only stopping through on our way back to Indiana, but next time we are in Chattanooga we will definitely be back. The service was fantastic and everyone was very friendly.

So I read the reviews on Volcano Crab and Bar and was completely baffled. Half the reviews said it was a nice chill place with good food. The other half said it was loud rap music and everyone’s being frisked. I was at the hotel across the street and shrimp sounded good so I went over and checked it out despite my reservations.

I haven’t had a meal this awesome in years! I had the combo, which I picked lobster tail & shrimp in a mildly spicy butter garlic sauce! This includes corn on the cob and red skin potatoes. Wow! My taste buds were over the Moon! Absolutely scrumptious! This is not a place for a first date, because you mainly eat with your hands and it’s extremely messy. Lots of finger linking but they supply a bucket for your scraps, a bib & plastic gloves and an endless supply of napkins and wet wipe! The meal was more than I typically eat at a sitting, but was so good I wasn’t going to waste it and therefore, at it all. Wonderful. I will definitely eat there again on my trips south. Go there! Yummy!

This place has big time issues. That or they’re intentionally leaving the shrimp and steak out on any order thru delivery services. I had to see if it would seriously happen 2 nights in a row and it did. I paid $19.19 for a side of fried rice. No shrimp No steak Nothing even remotely close to how it typically arrives. After waisting time rating my delivery last night, here I am again tonight trying to keep other people from getting ripped off. Its pathetic because the food is really good but this place obviously has a big problem. I’ll never understand people like this. Smh

I would NOT recommend this place. Rude Militant Security out front to PAT you down. As a retired cop this screams STAY AWAY. Very rude and once they found out I had a badge they were even more rude to me. Stay far far from this place.

It a Ghetto version of a Juicy Crab. The food was overcooked, but the worst part was the pounding dance music being played at a level that required us to shout across the table. We were there early on a Saturday night, it was still light out when we left. I will not return, and would never take my kids there. Our waitress was very nice and helpful, but the atmosphere and poor food made it an unpleasant experience.
