We love Volcano! Great service, wonderful cooks who put on a great show for adults and children alike. Hibachi is always cooked perfectly and the sushi rolls were delicious and fresh. We come here often and have always left satisfied! 1/1/23 UPDATE: Look at all this fresh food that is ready to be cooked for us. I tried the hibachi salmon today and it was flavorful and fresh but I still prefer the chicken and steak. Because I have a shellfish allergy, the cook made all of the food first, minus the shellfish. Once my food was cooked and served, she cooked the shellfish that the rest of the table ordered. Volcano is very accommodating in this way.

I normally never write reviews and I have always loved their food and service but last night we had a new cook and he was absolutely amazing!! We had so much fun and really just had the best hibachi experience that we probably have ever had because of him! Highly recommend this place always but more so if you have Davis as a cook!

Now Open. Went last week and I am very impressed. The service was excellent. 99 cent drafts on Thursday Friday and Saturday is an amazing deal. We got 2 party platters of sushi. Each came with tons of food and included soup and salad for everyone in our party. Platters came out fast and the sushi was great. Will definitely go back. It’s great having an awesome sushi place so close to home.

My husband and I have eaten at Volcano several times. Each visit is better than the last. The food is always good and fresh. Service is impeccable! We even had a little robot guest deliver my sushi. That was rather entertaining for us.
