Fresh, lack taste, and they short me on two wings. Got 18 when ordered the 20. Saw them drop a wing and maybe that was supposed to be mine, instead of giving me full amount just tossed the one.

Not a dine in spot really. Service is so so when placing phone orders. But man the food. It sucks. Compared to other locations in Ewa Beach or near UH Manoa, this one in Mililani SUCKS. They don’t provide enough sauce, they overcook the chicken, and you’re better off driving a little further for SIGNIFICANTLY better chicken. Trust me. I gave this place a chance twice, wasted over 25 dollars twice.

I was so happy that Vons chicken came into my neighborhood. At first, I ate spicy seasoned chicken and soy sauce chicken, the chicken was well cooked and the fried was okay. However, the sauce was too insufficient, and I asked for more sauce, but it was too insufficient. I had it taken out again yesterday, but as expected, the sauce is hardly on it. It’s a shame that the amount of sauce is too insufficient compared to other branches. They are likely to lose their customers trying to save the sauce.

Definitely one of my favorite chicken places on island. A bit pricey, but the only thing that will satisfy my craving for honey butter chicken. Juicy, extra crispy, and not over seasoned. Will be coming back for more!!

This is not Korean Fried Chicken. It is garbage. The “boneless” chicken are low quality chicken thighs sparsely breaded and drowned in sauce. There is no flavor to the chicken without the sauce. Rice is mushy and old. Corn is canned and cold, no attempt to season at all. Mandoo is cold and mushy. The spicy version is just some terrible red sauce poured over regular mandoo.

Wanted to see what the hype was all about so decided to make the drive to Miliani to try out Vons. Upon arriving it was 730pm and website says they close at 830pm. An entire hour of service not provided to myself and other customers who came in after me. Really disappointed in not having that opportunity to try the food.
