Food generally good. Chicken tortilla soup was overcooked and dried out. Some people’s sides came out cold and bland. Mediocre service – had to flag them down to get spoon for soup and water refills. Wouldn’t split checks by more than 2 people and we were all from different companies. Never offered us dessert so we ended up leaving.

Took my family here for iceskating (which was a blast!) and dinner for my wife’s birthday. We were seated around 6:45PM and thought we’d have plenty of time to eat before our 8PM iceskating session.

Beautiful view, no kids menu there but they can do pasta or pizza and others for kids which tasty. The summer special Tuna tower and shrimp tacos are really good.

One of the great spots we discovered in Indian Wells was this restaurant. It had all that we were looking for: high rating, great location (near our hotel), great view, and Happy Hour! It is located in the Golf Resort, so it wad pretty fancy. We liked it here so much that we went there twice during our stay.

If you are coming here after work to unwind and decompress…. this is not the place … the service is slow and without a smile. Employees complaining to one another and not 1 employee smiled or made us feel welcome our entire time that we were there. There was one employee that said…. Hello and besides the Hostess … not one person said Bye.

My frllench onion soup arrived without the customary Cheesy croutons on top as I ate the soup i realized they had burned it as remnants of the croutons was in the sou and the edges of the soup bowl were charred. I ask you why would any chef send that out to the customer? You expect more at an establishment of this caliber. Service was a little slow and the server was inattentive. I expect more from the Hyatt.

Best Sunday Brunch in the Coachella Valley. The view at The VUE is superior. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Indian Wells CA, overlooking the Indian Wells Golf Resort. The food is amazing. Highly recommended! Super staff makes everyone feel welcome.
