We arrived around 1:30pm on Sunday. We had a party of around 20. The atmosphere was great. The service was slow. We ordered, had to pay in advance before the food arrived which wasn’t a problem. The problem was our waitress coming back multiple times saying they ran out of several items and having to change orders. We were getting half our orders then 20-30 minutes the other portions were coming. Our waitress was really nice and accommodating.

Very cool place to have brunch and hang with friends. I liked that it wasn’t super crowded when we went. You could sit anywhere at this point. The service was decent. They came back often to check on us. Drinks were really good. The fried deviled eggs were perfect. Perfect breading with a great amount of filling. They were better than I thought they would be. The other food was good too but those stuck out the most. Tasty wings. Oxtails we’re not as tender as I would’ve preferred. All sides were really good and flavorful. DJ there was playing some good tunes to give to. You have to pay after everything you order instead of bill at the end so keep your card handy. Nice full wall mirror near the bathroom to check yourself. Overall nice spot and will return. We all left feeling real good!

Brunch on Sunday around 5pm was packed. I can definitely say it was good vibe. They have sections all around the lounge. It gives a very nice modern vibe and it has the swinging seats at the bar.

VVS Restaurant & Bar is truly an excellent place for food and music lovers. I had my dinner at the bar. The swings are a vibe of their own. The ladies at the bar are very nice and helpful with food recommendations. VVS is definitely the #1 place to be on the Southside.

My best friend and I went to the VVS Lounge for Dinner and it was amazing! The security was so vibrant and lively we really loved his energy! Our waitress was so sweet and professional! The food was so good we felt like the cook went and hand picked the catfish and fried it to perfection. I ordered the shrimp and grits with a side of fried catfish and my best friend ordered the shrimp and chicken Alfredo. The drinks were strong and good! We ordered the peach cobbler and it was heaven! It tasted like they hand picked the peaches personally. I will definitely return and highly recommend!

Order a pitcher of long Island ice tea, it took more than 30 minutes to receive, however my our water and my pink lemonade was right on time. The spinach and artichokes dip and chips was magnificent. The vibe/ atmosphere had a “Wow” factor. Great for a birthday party for the grown and sexy. The were on the screen so it’s a place to watch football with no volume because the dj is doing his thing.

WATCH YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU’RE HERE! My first time visiting.. atmosphere very fun and lively, food was delicious. my waitress was fine except she tried to keep my daughter’s ten dollars in change for a tip. (I always tip well). The set up as far as tables, booths and time limits leave a little to be desired. They have a hustle mentality, management and all , but in a not so ethical way. I purchased something for one price on one day and on a less crowded day they charged five dollars more for the same item. When asked why and explaining what the menu says and what was charged the previous day they said the menu isn’t always right. Based on the principle of it all I won’t return. You all have great food and a fun atmosphere don’t ruin it with poor ethical practices

I have been going to Vvs for a while but I was not pleased with my visit. The waitress took our order and I am applaud at how we were treated. I gave her $100 and she gave me $60 and held on to the receipt. Once I asked for the receipt she then I noticed she kept $8 I originally was going to tip but why not give me my exact change and let me decide. We ordered a hookah where she told us to either cash app her $50 or give her $50 cash. We cash apped her no problems. She then brought the hookah out (not blowing smoke out at all) and told us if we wanted to order anything else go to the bar. Highly unprofessional. I asked for the manager where I was told the hookahs are $35 and they do not accept cash app as a form of payment. It took 20 minutes for the server to send the extra $15 back. I ordered my food at 12:51am and did not receive my food until 1:40am. If I would have never asked for the manager the second time I would have never received my food. I’m disgusted at how we were treated.
