First time dining at Burnett’s and was pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, the food very good, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great place for a family meal or to grab a drink. Looking forward to going back to try other menu items. Great neighborhood find!

I don’t usually write reviews but Im hoping in doing so i can rectify the situation. The meal itself was disappointing (baked claims, mussels not fresh) the rest of our food was ok but what was even more unsettling is there lack of customer service/management. I left my usually 20% tip but they added a little more on top and incorrectly charged me. Then they made an erroneous second charge of $133 and no we did not have a bar tab. I called the restaurant when I saw my cc charges, no reply. Then I walked in and talked to the bartender who took down all my info and no reply. I was assured when I walked in that I would be credited (showing clear proof ), but alas its been over 2 weeks later and no credit and no call back. I am now trying to dispute it with my credit card company. This is a small town and the life of the restaurants here depend greatly on the locals and their opinions of the restaurants. If anything I’m pulling for the small mom and pop establishments but this place has left me extremely dissatisfied. I was there on 4/10/23 5:39 PM table 8. Bill was 291.32. I was charged 298.32 plus a second charge of 133.55. I need a total refund of 140.55. This is your opportunity to rectify the matter. Thank you
