I went here on 8/17 a little before 6 PM. The food is good, only the salad was drowning in dressing; Now the service… Not great. First of all, my check says my server was Jennifer, she only called me to pick up my order; the one that took my order was a guy. All the time that he was taking my order he acted as if I was telling a joke. He had a smile like he was laughing at me. I was confused, I am bilingual so, many thoughts came to my mind, I mean, is he racist? Did he not like my accent? Did I have a fly on my nose? Unbelievable, that guy has a job because of us, customers, and he still doesn’t understand that. He definitely needs more training. In the meantime, I’m not going back if he’s still there. Worst customer service ever, plus, I had just bought the exact same thing earlier at another WaBa Grill, and it was $1 less. So, Rude and charged me a dollar more. Horrible experience!

The food here is always good! Freshly served and delicious. Service is always great and fasts. The drink area is clean and the utensils are available for you. Along with the sauce and omg unlimited amount of servings of the sauce at your reach in the counter 🙂 that’s the best! Just take your bowl and pump as much of the WaBa sauce you want! Just parking can be hectic during the lunch time

I found two long separate pieces of hair in the rice. When I drove all the way back to return the food the manager and staff treated me as if I did something wrong, never apologized or acknowledged the issue. Just handed me the cash silently. All you can hear as I walked out was the sticky floor. My colleague ate Waba Grill a few months ago and got food poisoning. DONT EAT HERE

Great place for Asian BBQ, I found this place quite interesting, most of the item here cost reasonable and they have their signature ” WaBa Sauce “, a little bit similar to Terriyaki sauce but it’s in their own style and taste. Staffs here are friendly and helpful. Good place to eat quietly.

I come here on a weekly basis and I’m never disappointed on the food, the speed or the service. The veggys are always fresh, the rice is good and the meat tastes good. And I know it was just cooked because there always cooking chicken on the grill behind the register. The parking is a little small but their is plenty of parking on the street behind them. I usually get the short rib plate but thier is a big selection of food so I never get board on what to eat thier.

Went there on 9/4/14 @ 4:30 pm an order a chicken an veggie bowl, the girl that took my order told me they were out of brocoli. So i asked if she was serious? She then proceeded to tell me ” if I had a problem that I could take it up with her manager”. Food is good there when it’s available. So I don’t think I’ll be eating there for awhile do too the customer service . This establishment should be careful who they hire an send there employees too customers service training.

I love visiting this place, I visit this 3 to 4 times a week for lunch time. The Waba Plate is amazing and with spicy Waba sauce I highly recomend it.The staff is really great big shout out to MARLEEN! She is always so kind and has really good customer services skills always making me feel welcome. Management is on it with there staff, over all food is really great and this place is always clean. thank you Waba Grill staff for always making every trip and nice experience.
