We usually get chicken bowls when ordering at the facility but decided to try their shrimp bowl through a delivery service. How DISAPPOINTED we were!!! There is not much shrimp in the bowls and we even paid $3.00 extra per bowl. The overall price was expensive for what we received so I can guarantee we will not be ordering this again and may just stick to driving to get an order.

I think the employees need to be retrained in food safety. I go here all the time and when I walked Jun 21st around 2pm, there was a young lady on the phone while preparing food. How could you let your employees prepare food while touching a phone that is most likely not sanitary. I was gonna tell the employee something, but that’s too much effort so I took my business elsewhere.

Placed an online order. Tried calling ahead of time and no one answers. The order wasn’t ready and it wasn’t even started when we arrived at the location. We had to wait another 20 minutes. This isn’t the first time Waba Grill doesn’t have the meal ready. Similar experience in a different location. It was around 7:00pm. Not during the evening/dinner rush. Wouldn’t be returning to this location for online orders. There were only two employees.
