I wish I could give 0 stars that’s how pathetic of a waba grill location this is. First of all no matter what you order they don’t give full portions or meat or rice, if you want to get 50% of what you pay for come here if not save your money and time. You can order a bowl or plate it doesn’t matter. Don’t bring your business here. They always are missing something whether it’s lemons, green onions, a soda flavor. I’ve been here 3 times that’s 3 times too many. I spoke to the manager about my concerns and he just dismissed me didn’t seem to care and what’s worse is he was rude. Waba grill fix this location or close it. It’s making me not want to ever go back to any waba grill.

order my food to go. I started eating the salmon and then the salad was rotten, I went to change it, the cashier told me but you ate a lot of salmon instead of trying to fix the problem of your rotten food, so I would give it a zero but you can’t.. ………

Came in to grab some dinner tonight there’s was no line which was great. The service was fast and easy I left with my order looking forward to enjoy my dinner mostly the salad I had ordered because I love the salad there only not knowing there was no dressing to my salad. It was really upsetting also the dumplings were not cooked throughly either. This is by far the worst experience ever.

I just went to buy a chicken & steak plate and the guy asked me if I wanted to add avocado and I said yes but when I got home. Where’s my avocado? I called then and they just said: sorry about that, they should hire more professional personnel, someone who’s knowing what he’s doing.
