I tried this location for the first time and ordered the plantspired veggie bowl but the plantspire protein had a lot of burnt charcoal from the grill on it making it very difficult for me to eat and enjoy the food. The taste wasn’t so great either.

Every time I go they never have any meat available. The always run out of steak or never have the plant spired steak. OVER IT! They actually start closing at 7ish. TERRIBLE customer service.

I eat waba on the regular, and this is by far the dirtiest location I’ve ever seen. There’s is trash all over the floor, seats and tables. I don’t think the employees bother to clean the tables at all since the place was empty when I got there. I don’t know what they’re doing in the back.

So hard to get salad dressing I order salad plus the family meal and I asked for extra salad dressing she was there is 3 in the bag nope there was none, I don’t understand why the have 2 girls working there alone , they didn’t have brócoli neither but we have to pay full price , no good they always want to leave early and can’t care enough to check the client bag we are trusting them we shouldn’t have to double check , next time I’ll get everything out of the bag to make sure I have what I order and request

Employee not wearing gloves, didn’t wash their hands after giving other people their food but continued to cook mine. Also, 1 person had their mask off and the other was wearing it as chin gaurd. Food was decent but the service is just not good enough

So I ordered a white rice chicken bowl for me and my sister, and what we got was a white rice chicken AND steak bowl. I clearly remember asking for a chicken bowl , even an employee went over my order and they said chicken bowls, but when I got it. The order was wrong? And the chicken had parts that you were even suppose to eat. I’ve always felt like this with Waba grill but it wasn’t THIS bad. I couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t go there physically I had someone else too. And they didn’t know at the time. Overall I do not recommend going here. I’m giving 2 stars just because I’m nice
