I had waba (chicken and beef) rice veggie bowl. I liked the chicken more than beef. It was moist and soft. There were steamed broccoli, carrots and cabbages in the bowl. Brown rice was little hard but overall it was good.

I tried to redeem a reward on the Waba app at this location. I wanted a steak bowl ; however, the server told me that the reward was only good for a $7.99 chicken bowl. After I got the receipt, I noticed that it said that I was able to receive a “Fee Entree up to $8.99.” The steak bowl I wanted was $8.99 so I asked the server if I could switch my order. She said no, the reward was only good for a chicken bowl. I insisted and she called her manager and was told the same thing. I let them know that this was false advertising, but they blamed the reward redemption issue on their system. At this point, I was tired of arguing over $1.00 and I left the store.

Horrible customer service experiences. Every time I come to this place, the staff are so rude and inattentive. They didn’t even bother to greet costumers and ultimately end up messing up your order as well. Might as well go to subway next door….

I asked the girl on the drive-thru if I can get extra teriyaki sauce from the bottle not those little packages that they give you and she made a face every time I go is the same thing she’s an Asian girl every time is the same thing with her and I’m always asking for two chicken balls and this time they only give me one I don’t know why they get so mad when I asked for extra Teriyaki and the chicken it was like really hard it wasn’t soft like all the time it looks like it’s been there the whole day it was really hard to chew. They don’t even desert one star I go over there because that’s the closest to my house otherwise I would never come back there
